I made this for Sonja's challenge, to use heat. She lists some great tutorials, so make sure to check them out! I haven't used shrink plastic in a while, so I pulled some out. It's been so long since I used the frosted one that I totally forgot there was no point colouring the BACK of the stamped image as I always do with the clear, sigh....
