A gorgeous vintage swung vase by Kemple-Wheaton. The pattern, Dew Drop & Lace was originally designed in the 19th century by Phoenix Glass Company. It was then purchased by Kemple, followed by Wheaton in the 1970's. I have a soft spot for Wheaton glass (and blue glass too 💕) so this bud vase is staying in my collection. Thanks to my mom for this beauty ☺️

Mid-century modern vintage art glass vase lot, tall vases in retro colors

The Westmoreland Glass Co., 1889-1984, made this Green Slag (Westmoreland used the name Marble instead of Slag) Smooth Swung Vase (mold #1900-4) 1972-1973. It is unmarked and measures about 16" tall. Our book: Slag & Marble Glass, The Prominent Years, 1959-1985 (N. Taves & D. Jennings) shows it on page 121 with a value of $55-65.
