Foot placement during hack squats will help you target different muscle groups so it’s important to be placing your feet correctly dependent on your goals! 

- A wider (sumo) stance is going to target mostly inner thighs 
- A closer, higher stance is going to target mostly glutes 
- A closer, lower stance is going to target mostly quads 

REMINDER THAT…
These foot placements will help bias specific muscle groups, but overall you are still getting a lot of lower body activation with each.
