If you, like many, have had the same few weights for years and you are repeating the same exercises. It's unlikely that the weight you are lifting is causing much of a change. Just ask yourself, have you progressed much?  Now don't get me wrong, goblet squats are a great exercise..... and when I say heavy, I mean heavy in relation to what you lift. So go heavy while maintaining form, and before someone says it... no, don't just throw in a load more reps.   Finally, the staggered stance or B stance is a great variation as it gives you a similar stimulus to a single leg squat but with the added balance of the back leg.
