I use this exercise all the time 🙌🏻

Why do I like it? Because it involves the sagittal and transverse planes of motion + activates the quads, glutes, core, and spinal muscles. 

Remember, for a comprehensive warm up, you don’t want to ONLY stretch the muscles. You need to actually warm them up. That means increasing your heart rate, activating the muscles, using full joint range of motion, and doing something specific for your workout or class. 

Add this exercise to your warm up for your next dance class or workout 🔥
