I found this inscription today, written in a used copy of Kahlil Gibran's The Prophet. It reads: "To Carol, Immortal words as those that lie between the pages of this book should serve as a friend. - Bonnie 1967" Not only is it a beautiful inscription which speaks volumes about the work itself, but it really makes me think about the relationship between Bonnie and Carol.
