Mary Rose Byrne[1][2] (lahir 24 Julai 1979)[3] ialah seorang pelakon wanita Australia. Byrne pertama kali muncul pada tahun 1992 dalam filem, Dallas Doll.[4] Pada tahun 2000 beliau mendapat peranan utama dalam filem The Goddess of 1967 yang melayakkan beliau menerima anugerah Pelakon Wanita Terbaik di Festival Filem Venice. Byrne telah munculndalam beberapa filem seperti Troy, 28 Weeks Later, Knowing, Insidious, X-Men: First Class, X-Men: Apocalypse, Bridesmaids, Neighbors, dan Spy.
