Reason(s): This user (Costas78) probably uses these ips to affect the results of votings. Also, his writings and the ips' writings have a lot of similarities (style, opinions etc.). Last interesting information: he accidentaly made a contribution with another ip that had too many similarities with the ones i write (user names 2~4). Please do the check-user. Possible Possible There is enough prior evidence available to make some comparisons. Same IP range, though quite a busy set of ranges in use; and some other evidence would seen as similarly indicative. Reason(s): It seems accounts are created for "voting" in article deletion discussions. This rised some attention today. Similar set of userbox. Colorful signatures. Same mistakes in same words and punctuation. User "Ankakh." posted one copyvio, and awarded a medal to "Raz From Armenia" next day he regsitred, then wondered why he can't edit semi-prtoected page where deletions are being discussed. Reason(s): User:FilipVtori has recently made a feature article nomination and also a request for validator user right for himself. I found it peculiar that after a pause in editing of more than 7 months, User:Romanski1996 shows up and votes in both instances in favor of the nominations for FilipVtori. The discussion in the user right nomination revealed that FilipVtori received a 1-year block on Commons for uploading stolen content with false claims of own work. In Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by FilipVtori, it is mentioned: ...moreover, the user is most probably a sockpuppet of Romanski1996. Please compare commons:User talk:FilipVtori and User talk:Romanski1996 along with their contributions, both on Commons and on mk.wiki, and you'll see quite a few similarities which give me a reasonable doubt for a check against possible sockpuppetry. Status:    Not done

1) User Domenico in Spanish Wikipedia has been blocked twice by making changes without consensus [10]. He recently participated in a lengthy discussion without getting consensus, and again, he began to make changes to different articles. After receiving several warnings ([11] [12] [13]) Domenico decided to withdraw from Spanish Wikipedia [14].
2) User 83.34.153.98 made similar changes to those that longed Domenico, but in English Wikipedia [15], and in Simple English Wikipedia [16]
3) In English Wikipedia, user Santos30 was involved in an edit war, precisely, with the same subject [17] (The subject is about the use of the Cross of Burgundy flag to identify the Spanish Empire and its territories in America, but Domenico, IP 83.34.153.98 , and Santos 30 refuse this flag because they believe that is a Carlist or Fascist symbol). We have been discussing this issue in the page talk of the Spanish Empire article in English Wikipedia, but while we are performing this discussion, Santos began to remove the flag of the Cross of Burgundy in other articles, this time with another argument, with the same argument about Carlism, or just without argument [18] [19] [20] [21] [22] [23] [24].
4) Even more, Santos asked to change the name of some files in Commons [25] [26]. I do not understand why, but when these names changed, these files can not be seen in articles in Spanish Wikipedia, probably neither in others wikipedias.
The behavior of these accounts is very similar: long absences, impose a point of view without consensus in several articles (in this case, the target is to eliminate the Cross of Burgundy flag), and edit in the same type of items. Jaontiveros (talk) 03:55, 9 August 2012 (UTC)

I just think that if 2011wp didn't vandal on wiki then he/she shouldn't afraid of being CU. 2011wp was recently blocked because of violation of 3RR and sending large amount of unreasonable article to AFD. This two have been a counter vandalism to wikimedia wiki (zhwiki). 2011wp also revert some of the vandalism edits by GZIP. I think that a check is necessary due to possible sock-puppet or using multiple account (IP & user). I know that WMF privacy policy shows that IP cannot be given out. If possible, please check that whether 2011wp's IP range have register or use other account for edits and give out a list (or the result "no sock-puppets"). One of the responsibilities that checkusers, and thus stewards, have, is to protect the various Wikimedia projects from disruption. Often, when "groups" of editors file and counter-file checkuser requests against one another, that is an indication that there are multiple farms, and the CU in question has to make the determination of whom to check and how far to go. In this case, it was my opinion that there was potentially multiple groups of editors that were acting in concert, or were really one. As such, I will provide the following for the ZhWiki community, who should take this information and use it to protect their project from further disruption and violation of Wikimedia policies.

Reason(s): In the recent time, we have seen lot of disturbance on Marathi Wikipedia and there are continuous harassment and personal attacks on Users and Sysops and. I know, there was similar request put last time by somebody but results were inconclusive. It has become very difficult and concentrate for simple user like me due to these harassments. There is so much pages created and added of harassment on each other that the number of active contributer has gone down drastically. There is a fear in mind of most of the users for individual harassment. On behalf of all Marathi community, I have created this account and putting a check user request for some active members. Pls. note that there are some sysops as well in the list above and we feel that there could be duel face of some sysops who are writing something different as sysop and use different account for harassment of other people. This is the time where sysops also should face check user and prove them self innocent (if they are). I request Stewards to look carefully for those cases against each other and against other IP from the same pc/location. Request to treat this as an escalation request of check user. If Stewards could not conclude this time as well and take action of the faulty users, better to close Marathi Wikipedia and let the innocent and simple user contribute in some other language of wikipedia. When Fadams block expires he usually reverts them all. Reason(s): Crosswiki DUCK. I saw you checked the Fadams account before, but today more accounts appeared whith simular edits. The same user has been checked in the English wikipedia, where he used the name "Human anatomy" and has 3 more confirmed sockpupets there.
