Steward requests/Checkuser/2019-08

Comment I'd appreciate a speedy and easy cooperation with Meta's admins, as I previously have experienced unreasonably severe delays when it comes to completing simple Checkuser requests. I fully understand that the nature of this page is definitely not too positive, but on the other hand administrators were elected and received their privileges to execute advanced processes in order to protect Wikipedia from harmful users and activities. Meta admins cannot do CU. While most stewards are meta sysops also, it is their stewards hat which allows them to do CU. Hope you don't confuse the 2. Regards,--Cohaf (talk) 08:13, 2 August 2019 (UTC)

Comment Such a CU is a waste of time, and kind of fishing. "Θαλάσσιος Ασφόδελος" is probably (simple ducktest) a reincarnation of "Υπάρχω" something that a CU won't verify as "Υπάρχω" is stale. There isn't really any evidence that "Θαλάσσιος Ασφόδελος" is related to any other of the acounts mentioned. Furthermore, all 6 of his reverts were not blind reverts. His comments were reverted (without any explanation) and he reverted back. An obvious trolls intervention in Θαλάσσιος Ασφόδελος's favor during the revert's isn't evidence against said acount.—Ah3kal (talk) 08:35, 2 August 2019 (UTC)

• Done Some overlap between these accounts. Only potentially unblocked account I see is Dannylee0417, who is Likely but you should evaluate the behavioural evidence before blocking, as he is from a well-used IP with other unrelated people on it, though does match the user agent of the LTA. – Ajraddatz (talk) 15:21, 5 August 2019 (UTC)

• Comment: Blocking their IP(s)/IP range(s) might be helpful. However, as a local sysop on zhwiki, I don't care about which of them are socks and which are not. That's because they are simply vand-only accounts and our responses could also be very simple: Revert their edits and Block them. --Tiger (talk) 09:11, 11 August 2019 (UTC)

• As a local administrator, I reckon the request could be cancelled as there is no need to run the check on accounts could be ducks at my discretion. Besides, I may use AGF to neglect or even ignore these 2 accounts. --Hamish 11:30, 19 August 2019 (UTC)
