Okay, this is a new one; the newest admin on a wiki writing the nomination for the very next RFA. That said, Teles needs very little introduction; he will be a familiar name to many people active on Meta, or in cross-wiki issues. As an administrator and bureaucrat on ptwiki, as well as a global sysop, Teles is familiar with the operation and purpose of both the sysop tools, and Meta. Locally, he is experienced in fighting vandalism, and in our local speedy deletion criteria -- I counted over 100 valid taggings in his just under 900 edits. I would say it was time to hand him a mop and let him handle the job he's tagging pages for himself, but, to be honest, I think it should have happened a while ago.
