- Cut the insoles to the correct size. Use the insole from the shoe as a cutting guide. Make sure you don’t cut through the innermost marking on the heated insole as this may damage the heating element.
- Locate the USB-C cable in the pocket on each leg strap and connect each to a power bank (sold separately). Place the power bank in the pocket and make sure it’s turned on.
- Fasten the leg strap around your leg. Tuck any excess cable into the pocket.
- Note! We recommend using a powerbank equipped with an USB-C port that supports an output power of at least 5 V/2 A. If your power bank does not meet the requirements the insoles will not heat up.
- Press and hold the power button on the leg strap for 3–5 seconds until the button lights up. Press the power button multiple times to change the between the available temperature modes, the button lights up in different colors and shows the selected mode:
- Red light: 60°C
- White light: 50°C
- Blue light: 40°C
Press and hold the power button to turn the heating off.

Wash the insoles separately in 30°C, hand wash only.
Remove the power bank and tuck the cable into the pocket before washing.
Do not dry clean, tumble dry, bleach, wring or iron the insoles.

Do not expose the insoles to an open flame and keep them away from heat sources. The insoles are not water resistant. Do not touch the insoles with wet hands and make sure that liquids do not get inside the insoles.
