About the U1
The U1 is a smart e-bike helmet with a communication system that

Basic Operation
- Power On: Press and hold the center and plus
buttons simultaneously for 1 second. - Power Off: Single tap the center button.
- Volume Control: Single tap the plus or minus
button. - Taillight On/Off: Single tap the taillight
button.
Mesh Intercom™
- Mesh Intercom On/Off: Single tap the center
button. - Mute/Unmute Mic: Press the center button for 1
second to toggle the microphone during Mesh Intercom
communication. - Channel Selection: Enter channel setting mode
by pressing the center button twice, navigate between channels,
confirm and save the channel.
Using with a Smartphone
- Phone Pairing: Press the center button to
initiate phone pairing.

How do I charge the helmet?
The helmet can be charged using the USB-C charging cable

Hold the helmet upside-down with the visor facing forward, using both hands.

To remove the visor, gently pull up one end at a time to release each side from the helmet. Once both ends are detached, carefully pull the center of the visor forward to fully remove it from the helmet. To reinstall the visor, hold it at the center and firmly insert the center tab of the visor into the slot on the helmet. Once the center is secure, press down firmly on each end of the visor to lock it into the holes on either side of the helmet.

06 TROUBLESHOOTING
Factory Reset To restore the U1 to its factory default settings, simply use the factory reset feature.

Fault Reset If the U1 is on but not responding, you can perform a fault reset to restore normal functionality. Ensure the USB-C charging cable is disconnected, then press and hold the (+) button and center button simultaneously for 10 seconds. All settings will remain unchanged.
