Electrical shocks can be fatal. Before working on the device or load, disconnect the power supply. To do this, switch off all corresponding circuit breakers, secure them against being switched on again and ensure that they are de-energised. Cover adjacent live parts.
Quraşdırma yerinin seçilməsi
- Select an installation location that is free of vibrations, as vibrations can lead to unintentional switching.
- For optimum range, select an installation location that is tangential to the direction of movement.
- Avoid sources of heat in the detection range, e.g. heaters, ventilation or air-conditioning system outlets, copiers, printers, coffee machines etc.
Install motion detectors
- Enter or scan the device certificate and add it to the project. It is recommended that you remove the device certificate from the device when mounting the device. Note down all passwords and keep them safe.
- Connect the device to the bus line using a bus connecting terminal. Observe the correct polarity (red = +, black = -).
- Install the device in the flush-mounted box.
- Fit the cover frame to the device using the adapter frame provided.
- Insert pushbutton attachment.

Information regarding the size of the detection field and therefore the range is influenced by the following factors:
- Alignment of the detection field and mounting height.
- Direction of movement: When the motion detector is passed tangentially, a signal is generated that can be evaluated effectively. In the case of movements that are radial to the sensor, the signal is smaller and therefore harder to evaluate and the range is therefore less.
- The basic sensitivity can be reduced via the GPA to minimize incorrect switching.
Restrict detection range
The detection range can be restricted using the labels provided. This also affects the range.
- Remove the desired part of the sticker with scissors or the like.
- Then attach the sticker to the lens.
Block integrated button
The integrated button can be blocked using the knob.
- Button function enabled (where these are parameterised in the GPA)
- Button has no function (even where it is parameterised in the GPA)
Başlanğıc
The device is started up using Version 5.2 and above of the Gira Project Assistant (GPA). No settings can be adjusted on the device.

The motion detector can be reset to the factory settings as follows:
- Avtobus voltage.
- Set potentiometer MODE fully clockwise to max.
- Hold down the motion detector button and switch on bus voltagyenidən e.
- Release the button again after approx. 3 seconds. The device will be reset to the factory settings.
- Set MODE fully anti-clockwise to min.
