A: To reset the smart doorbell, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds until you hear a beep, then follow the setup process again.
Set up your Video Doorbell
- Download the Hello Doorbell app
*Please make sure you have your wifi password ready for the next step.
Search for “Hello Doorbell” in one of the app stores above, or scan the QR code on the back of the doorbell to download the app. - Chrage the doorbell
Pull down the mounting bracket of the doorbell, find the charging port.Plug the TYPE-C power cord into the doorbell to charge before installation. It must be fully charged before installing the doorbell.
- Turn on the doorbell
The doorbell is off by default at the factory. Please make sure to turn on the doorbell before setting up. - Plug-in your signal station
Plug it into the power source. Once the light is solid red, it’s ready to prepare your doorbell. - Set up your Video
Doorbell near your signal station Long press the side on the signal station. When the light starts flashing green, connecting the device via Wifihalow.
We provide two connection methods:

- Searching for anyfree signal station and connect
Install your Video
Doorbell Set installation height
*Optional: If replacing an existing doorbell shut off power at the breaker.
- Then remove it from the wall and disconnect the wires. Install your Video Doorbell approxi- mately five feet (1.50 meters) above the ground for optimal performance. If you’re connecting to existing doorbell wiring that’s higher than four feet and want to angle your Video Doorbell down for a better view, you can purchase a Wedge Kit online at anyfree.com/accessories
- Mark the screw holes
Use the bracket as a template to mark the holes. The recommended install height is 5 feet above the ground. The holes are 105.5 mm apart. - Attach your Video Doorbell to the mounting bracket
Mount the doorbell above the hanging plate by 5-10mm, align it horizontally, stick it securely, slide it downwards, and hang it tightly.Use the star-shaped end of the included screwdriver to drive the two security screws into the bottom of your Video Doorbell.
If you use the wrong screws to secure the Video Doorbell, you could damage the battery during installation, create a fire hazard, and be seriously injured. - Install the anchor(Optional)
If installing on stucco, brick, or concrete, use a M6 masonry drill bit to drill holes in your wall, then insert the included anchors with KA3*30 screw. The holes are 86.5 mm apart.
*If you’re installing on wood material, skip this step. - Attach the anchor to the mounting bracket
Attach the mouting bracket to the anchor using KM3*10 screws, then follow the instructions from step 02.4.
