Istruzzioni per l'usu di u produttu

1. Step 1: Identify Wires
   • For Single Pole: 1. Line (Hot) 2. Ground 3. Load
   • For 3-Way: 1. Line or Load Common (Refer to important instructions below) 2. Ground 3. First Traveler 4. Second Traveler
2. Passu 2: Wire Connection
   • Polu unicu: Connect Line (Hot) to Hot (Black), Ground to Ground (Green), and Load to Red
   • 3 vie: Connect Line or Load (tagged) to Black, Ground to Ground (Green), Traveler to Red, and another Traveler to Red
3. Step 3: Secure Connection
   • Insert wires straight into terminals and twist clockwise for a secure connection
4. Step 4: Finishing Touches
   • Use electrical tape to secure the connections and ensure safety

Installazione

1. PASSU 1: Turn OFF Power.
2. PASSU 2 Identify Your Wiring Application(most common)

• IMPORTANTE: For 3-way applications, note that one of the screw terminals from the old switch being removed will usually be a different colour (Black)or labelled Common.
• Tag that wire with electrical tape and identify it as the common(Line or Load)in both the dimmer wall box and the standard 3-way switch wall box.
• The remaining two wires on the brass or lighter screw terminals of the old switch are the travellers.

STEP 3 Preparate i fili:

• Make sure that the ends of the wires from the wall box are straight (cut if necessary)

• The remaining Red wire of the dimmer should have the red label affixed.
• Screw wire connectors clockwise making sure no bare conductors show below the wire connectors.Secure each connector with electrical tape.
• Mount the dimmer in the wall box with screws.
• Ripristina a putenza à u circuitu o à u fusibile.
• Move the slider to the top. Turn on the power, and manually press the switch button to check whether the product is installed correctly

STEP 4B 3 Way Wiring Application

• Tirate l'insulazione pretagliata da i fili Dimmer.
• Assicuratevi chì l'estremità di i fili da a scatula di u muru sò dritti (tagliate se ne necessariu).

• Connect Green ground or bare copper wire in the wall box to the Green wire of the dimmer.
• Connect the Line or Load (tagged Common)in the wall box identified when removing the old switch to the Black wire of the dimmer.
• Remove the red label from the red wire of the dimmer.
• Connect any of the remaining wires(Travelers)in the wall box to any red wires of the dimmer.
• Screw wire connectors clockwise making sure no bare conductors show below the wire connectors. Secure each connector with electrical tape.
• Mount the dimmer in the wall box with screws.
• Ripristina a putenza à u circuitu o à u fusibile.
• Move the slider to the top. Turn on the power, and manually press the switch button to check whether the product is installed correctly.

STEP 8 Dimmer Range Adjustment:

1. Accende l'interruttore è move u dimmer slide à u più bassu.
2. Begin to adjust the Adjustment Dial down (Clockwise) until the preferred lowest light level is achieved and the light output is stable for all bulbs on the circuit.lf all the bulbs on the circuit go out, adjust the dial back up slightly (Counter-Clockwise).
3. Once the lowest light level is set, test the slide dimmer in the lowest position by switching the dimmer off and then on by the ON/OFF switch to verify all the bulbs turn on at the lowest level.
4. Once all the bulbs are dimming properly, install the wall plate.
