Primitive Scarecrow Ornaments Free E-Patterns 3 in 1 Combo Free E-Pattern

Fall is one of my favorite seasons for decorating as I love making all sorts of items to decorate my home.  If you love the Fall and love decorating then you're going to love our “Scare Me Dazed!, Scare Me Happy! and Scare Me Melancholy” primitive scarecrow ornaments 3 in 1 combo e-pattern.

Three adorable Fall scarecrows in one pattern.  How much fun is that?

Our trio of scarecrows are three brothers: "Scare Me Happy!", "Scare Me Dazed!", and "Scare Me Melancholy!"

"Scare Me Happy!" is the youngest of the 3 "Scarecrow" brothers and he is happy, indeed! Being the baby of the family might account for his being so happy! One of his older brothers is "Scare Me Dazed!" and he's always in a fog and the other brother is "Scare Me Melancholy!" and he's always - well, melancholy!

I hope you enjoy making your scarecrow brothers.

Scare Me Dazed Primitive Scarecrow Ornament Free E-Pattern

You've met "Scare Me Happy!" and "Scare Me Melancholy!" - now we'd like you to meet "Scare Me Dazed!" He's the middle brother and is always - well, kind of dazed! He is definitely in a fog most of the time.!

When "Scare Me Dazed!" was born he was awoken out of a peaceful sound sleep and has never been able to recover. He was startled awake. It's no wonder he's never recovered! His brothers know better than to ever ask "Scare Me Dazed!" to do anything for them. He'd willingly agree, but forget what he was supposed to do before he left the room. It's not that he isn't smart! He just can never find his way out of the fog! He's not even sure if any crows come to visit him or whether or not he's doing his job.

"Scare Me Dazed" is a 6" cloth scarecrow ornament. He has an embroidered and watercolor penciled muslin face, burlap hat, raffia hair, and his head is atop a grapevine ball. He has the most beautiful bright blue eyes that are always staring as if he's, well - in a fog! He has rust colored gathered lace an ribbon bow decorations on the top and bottom of his grapevine ball. He has a ribbon hanger so he can be hung just about anywhere and makes a wonderful addition to any one's Fall decor.

Scare Me Melancholy! Primitive Scarecrow Ornament Free E-Pattern

You've already met "Scare Me Happy!" Now we'd like you to meet "Scare Me Melancholy!"

And, melancholy he certainly is. "Scare Me Melancholy!" is the oldest of 3 "Scarecrow" brothers. Maybe that accounts for his being so melancholy! His younger brothers are "Scare Me Dazed!" and he's always in a fog and the other brother is "Scare Me Happy!" and he's always - well, too darn happy!

"Scare Me Melancholy!" was born with a an amazed look on his face and instead of crying when he was born he came out wondering why he was born. And, he has been wondering ever since. He'll hang for hours on end so pensive that none of the crows will visit him.

Now that's alright, because he's doing his job keeping the crows away. It's just that "Scare Me Melancholy" doesn't understand why the crows don't want to visit him. He might be pensive and might always be reflecting, but he's not gloomy. Scare Me Melancholy!" wishes his brothers could understand why he's so reflective. He loves his brothers and can be very thoughtful at times. He just loves to reminisce and talk about "the good ole" days - back when.......

"Scare Me Melancholy" is a 6" cloth scarecrow ornament. He has an embroidered and watercolor penciled muslin face, burlap hat, curly raffia hair, and his head is sitting atop a bale of straw. He has a rust printed fabric bow to adorn his neck and one to adorn his burlap hat. He has a ribbon hanger so he can be hung just about anywhere and makes a wonderful addition to any one's Fall decor.

Scare Me Happy Primitive Scarecrow Ornament Free E-Pattern

"Scare Me Happy!" was born with a smile on his face and instead of crying when he was born he came out laughing. And, he has been laughing ever since. He's so happy that when the crows come to visit they all start laughing. Not crowing - laughing.

Now that's something to see and hear! A bunch of crows laughing!

"Scare Me Happy!" wished he could put a smile on the faces of his brothers. He's tried, but to no avail. But, since he's so happy and such an optimist he figures that he'll win them over eventually.

"Scare Me Happy" is a 6" cloth scarecrow ornament. "Scare Me Happy!" has an embroidered and watercolor penciled muslin face, burlap hat, raffia hair, and his head is atop a grapevine ball. He has rust colored gathered lace an ribbon bow decorations on the top and bottom of his grapevine ball. My Free "Rag-doll Anthony and Rag-doll Annabell Lee" Primitive Dolls E-Pattern

"Rag-doll Anthony" and "Rag-doll Annabell Lee" are as close as brother and sister can get. "Rag-doll Anthony" is very protective of his baby sister "Rag-doll Annabell Lee." He's much wiser, or so he thinks, and knows the ropes, or so he thinks.

"Rag-doll Annabell Lee" lets her brother think that he's in charge but she really knows who rules the roost. Not her Mother, not her Father, and certainly not her older brother, "Rag-doll Anthony." For Rag-doll Annabell Lee it's amazing what a little intuition can do.

"Rag-doll Anthony" and "Rag-doll Annabell Lee" aren't your average rag-dolls. They're very special rag-dolls. You see, they were born with all their seams on the outside.

Their parents were very concerned about this when they were born as they didn't want their children to have a difficult childhood. They were envisioning that they would both be teased unmercifully. You know how children can be! However, they were pleasantly surprised. All the the rag-doll children love both "Rag-doll Anthony" and "Rag-doll Annabell Lee."

The Rag-doll children feel that, "they may be different but, once you get to know them, you realize they are just like you and me." So, their seams being on the outside doesn't bother anyone in the rag-doll children's school yard. They are treated like anyone else and that suits "Rag-doll Anthony" and "Rag-doll Annabell Lee" just fine.

"Rag-doll Anthony" is a 16" primitive cloth doll with an embroidered face, and running stitch embroidery on his body, head, legs, and arms. He's wearing a tattered and fringed shirt with collar and four decorative buttons tied with DMC embroidery floss.  His pants are tattered and fringed and gathered at the waist.  He has a fringed burgundy scarf tied around his neck and knotted in front.   He has burgundy ties around his legs and feet and has a mass of dark burgundy curly hair on the top of his head.

Annabell Lee is a primitive girl rag-doll with a cloth body, an embroidered face, and running stitch embroidery on her body, head, legs, and arms. She has dark raggedy red curly hair on the top of her head decorated with fringed bows. She is wearing a fringed dress with fringed bodice insert decorated with buttons tied with DMC embroidery bows, fringed bottom ruffle, and fringed balloon sleeves gathered at the elbows. She also has fringed bloomers gathered at the waist.  Strips of burgundy material are tied to her legs.

"Rag-doll Annabell Lee" thinks she looks quite pretty with her burgundy ties around her legs and feet and hairbows on the top of her head. Her mass of dark burgundy curly hair makes her brother "Rag-doll Anthony" look like he's bald.

Check Out Our New Raggedy Little Dolls Free 4 in 1 Combo E-Pattern

If you love making folk-art, primitive and raggedy cloth doll ornaments or little dolls then you're going to love our “Big Brother Andy and Kid Brother Randy and Big Sister Annie and Kid Sister Fannie”  2 in 1 combo free e-pattern.

"Big Brother Andy" and his "Kid Brother Randy" come from a large, loving family and as siblings often do get on each others nerves. Now don't get us wrong. "Big Brother Andy" and "Kid Brother Randy" love each other as brothers. It's just that sometimes they act like a bunch of boys do and get on each others nerves. This inevitably leads to wrestling, which leads to fighting and then punching. Playfully, of course!

When the gloves start coming out is when their "Big Sister Annie" and "Kid Sister Frannie" intervene. They calm them down and straighten out whatever the problem is so the boys can - well, "be boys."

"Kid Brother Randy" wants to be just like his "Big Brother Andy." He dresses just like him. Wears the same clothes. And, even gets the same haircut. Sometimes this bothers "Kid Brother Andy" but, most of the time, he just gives his younger brother a playful shove. He can shove and push his little brother around, but if someone else does that - well, they have "Big Brother Andy" to contend with then.

Boys will be boys and brothers will be brothers. They might fight a lot between themselves, but are thick as mud. They're steadfast and loyal to the core when it comes to their family even though that might be hard to tell at times from all the fighting. "Boys if you're going to wrestle - take it outside!"

"Big Sister Annie" and her "Kid Sister Fannie" often do get on each others nerves, too. Now don't get us wrong. "Big Sister Annie" and "Kid Sister Fannie" adore each other and truly love each other as sisters. It's just that sometimes "Big Sister Annie" wishes she were an only child.

Well, maybe not an only child as she dearly loves her brothers, "Big Brother Andy and Kid Brother Randy." Maybe just the only girl. Well, not even that as she really does love Fannie. It's just that sometimes she wishes she could be alone with her friends without "Kid Sister Fannie" tagging along.

And, sometimes she wishes she could buy an outfit without Fannie wanting to buy the same. And, sometimes she wishes she could have sleepover parties without having to include Fannie. And, sometimes she wishes she didn't have to take care of her kid sister Fannie. "And, why does she have to have the same hairstyle as me!"

Poor "Big Sister Annie!" Doesn't she know that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. "Kid Sister Fannie" just worships and adores her big sister and wants to be just like her. To do everything she does. To be loved by her. "Big Sister Annie & Kid Sister Fannie" would make the cutest pair of ornaments or little dolls for any primitive and country home.

If you love making folk-art cloth dolls then you're going to love our “Yankee Doodle Andy! and Give Me Liberty, Annie!" primitive Americana raggedies 2 in 1 combo e-pattern.

"Yankee Doodle Andy!" and his sister, "Give Me Liberty, Annie!" are getting ready to celebrate and getting ready for the parade. You see, they and their fellow countrymen just won the revolutionary war and are now free and independent. That's cause for celebration - if anything was. So, they're dressed in their best primitive "patriotic" outfits and are going to the parade.

"Yankee Doodle Andy!" and his sister, "Give Me Liberty, Annie!" are hoping to get front row seats at the parade, but are running a little late. Andy couldn't find his flag and Annie couldn't find her bell. Do you think they'll make it on time?

"Yankee Doodle Andy!" is a 16" primitive raggedy Andy Americana doll with a muslin cloth body. His face is outline embroidered with black floss and he has satin stitched black pupils and white satin stitched whites of his eyes. His nose is embroidered in a zig-zag straight stitch with red floss and his mouth is satin stitched with red floss. His eyebrows and eyelashes are straight stitched with black floss. His cheeks are blushed and he is coffee stained throughout. His boots are black and cross laced. He has a full head of curly, thick yarn hair that is barely controlled underneath his lined and patriotic hat. He is wearing his favorite fringed shirt which is gathered at the neck and wrists. He is also wearing his favorite fringed and cuffed pantaloons with two front pockets that are gathered at the waist and middle of the cuffs. His vest is lined and has two front pockets and lapels. Andy is carrying a primitive patriotic flag decorated with red wire ribbon.

My 2 in 1 "Yikes, Santa and Snow Me Some Toys, Santa!" Santa Claus Dolls

I just love the Christmas holiday season as I get to decorate my home with all sorts of holiday decorations including Santa's.  I love making them and have made quite a few over the years.

Yikes! Santa is is running out of time. He is sitting in his stenciled and painted wood chair, checking his list and he doesn't know what to do. He is running out of time.

He is sitting in his stenciled and painted wood chair, checking his list. He has an embroidered vest , shirt, pantaloons, socks, laced boots, Santa cap, a beard and mustache and long white hair. His face is drawn and he has wire glasses. He also has a fabric covered head and body. He has a blackboard, “naughty & nice” list, feather pen, and Santa bag filled with toys and decorated with holly.

There are so many things he has yet to do. Oh, where does the time go? Where are my elves? Where's Mrs. Claus? I need help. I'm running out of time!

While "Snow Me Some Toys, Santa!" absolutely loves Christmas, he also loves snow. He loves it because he gets to unwind from the stressful holiday season and make "snow angels" which he absolutely loves to do. His "snow angels" might not look like the typical "snow angels" due to his round and rotund body, but he tries his best. And, even if they don't look like regular "snow angels" he doesn't care as they serve his purpose which is to relax him.

"Snow Me Some Toys, Santa!" is a 8" self-sitting primitive cloth Santa snowman doll. He has a 3-tier warm and natural round and rotund body. His face is embroidered with black cross eyes, orange blushed cheeks, a resin carrot nose, wool fleece mustache, and eyebrows. His straggly beard is is wavy wool fleece. "Snow Me Some Toys, Santa" just loves his plaid and red Santa hat with matching plaid jacket with fold back cuffs and fold back front edge. His jacket is lined and top stitched along the edges. He is coffee stained throughout. Santa is holding his bag filled with all the toys he and the elves have made.

When it snows "Snow Me Up Some Toys, Santa" gets the elves and Rudolph and all the other reindeer to come out in the snow and make "snow angels" with him. The snow can't bring him new toys, but it can relax him and he hopes - relax his reindeer and elves. And, if you want to talk talk about strange "snow angels" just look at the "snow angels" created by the reindeer. They are definitely unlike any "snow angels" you might have seen. "Come on everyone. It's snowing!" Let's make some snow angels!"

My “Lili The Folk-Art Dolls Loves The Fall and Luther The Folk-Art Doll Loves The Fall" Dolls

"Lili The Folk-Art Doll Loves The Fall and Her Pumpkins" and "Luther The Folk-Art Doll Loves The Fall and His Pumpkins" are fraternal twins, brother and sister. Even though they are fraternal twins they still look alike except for their hair.  Lili has beautiful raggedy orange curly hair while Luther has straight brown hair.

Like a lot of identical or fraternal twins they seem to be able to read each others minds. So much so that it's downright scary. They act alike and dress alike.  They even know what each will be wearing and when and both love the bright vivid colors of the Fall season.   Pus, they love pumpkins.

Their Mother always thanks her lucky stars that at least they were a different sex and had different hair. If they didn't even she would not be able to tell them apart.

Lili and Luther can finish each other's sentences and vice versa.  They stick together like glue. Where there's one there's the other. And, where they are they're always surrounded by their pumpkins.

"Lili The Folk-Art Doll Loves The Fall and Her Pumpkins" is an 17" folk-art girl doll. She is wearing her favorite dress for the Fall. It's just so cheery and beautiful with it's embroidered insert.

Lili is a folk-art girl doll with a cloth body, an embroidered face, and curly raggedy orange hair along the side seams of her head with the back left bare. She is wearing lace trimmed bloomers gathered at the waist and ankles.  Her boots are black and criss-crossed with orange embroidery floss.

Her Fall colored dress eyelet lace trimmed along the sleeve hem edge and along the bottom hem edge.  The dress bodice is rust colored and has a beautiful eyelet laced insert with button accent, orange lace around the neck, and a beautiful Fall flowers print dress skirt that is gathered at the waist.  A large orange ribbon is wrapped around her waist and tied in a bow in the back.
