  Philippine queer history has been lost to time, mostly. This film is important for not just the Filipino LGBTQIA+ community but everyone. We need everyone to acknowledge these stories before they go completely unheard or forgotten. This film was a stark reminder of how lucky I am to live in a time when people are more accepting and non-discriminatory. Mabuhay ka bakla!
