Finaly yesterday I won something around 6k $ and when I tried to withdraw they told me that I cannot do it because winnings come from my Saturday cashback and they only sent me 1K to my account and the rest was substracted. Ok, so I ended up depositing this 1k back and I won 5K and wanted withdraw the money. When I clicked withdraw I was supprise that I couldn't withdraw nothing at all and they told me that I reach the daily limit of withdrawal...I did not witdraw that day at all and I should be able to do it. So intentionally I end up lossing my winnings and I lost it all. Stay away from this casino If you winn more then 1k you will have problem to withdraw your money. I did the screenshots, chats with support and videos of my balace and my winnings and support responses and I am about to report them. Also lcb please change the info about this casion becouse for bronze max withdraw daily is 1k and weekly is 4k. So If you winn more the 1k you will need to wait 24 h to withdraw your money. I would recommend to every one to stay away from this casion as this is simply scam and they do everything to not let you winn and if you do you will not be able to withdraw your money or else in situation you win 20k it will take 1month to withdraw and probabably you will end up loosing all. Sure they can let you withdraw 100 dollars but if you win over 1k the problems will starts.

I've also never cashed out from here, so I asked him what makes one eligible and he said those that haven't cashed out or taken bonuses, I'm like then why haven't I gotten my cash back so he told me to email support, that was almost four days ago and I have been emailing back once a day just to ask for an update and I've got nothing. Thoroughly disappointed the only redeeming positive thing I can think of is that they have that Panda game I really like.
