Birmingham Greyhound Racing is located right between Irondale and Trussville, Alabama. Basically, it is right at Exit 31 off Interstate 459 and is surely the right spot in the area if you’re after the thrill of simulcast horse racing, simulcast greyhound racing, or live greyhound racing from all over the country.

It is also a place where you can grab a bite to eat, but you can also bring about some buddies and try your luck at pool tournaments, eight ball tournaments, and one of the largest dart tournaments in Alabama.

There are pool tournaments every Saturday night, and every third Saturday they also hold eight ball tournaments for all skill levels. Friday nights are reserved for one of the biggest soft tip dart tournaments in the whole state of Alabama. Keep in mind that all tournaments involve entry fees and the conditions change depending on the number of entrants.

If you prefer outdoor activities, there is a driving range with grass hitting mats and turf hitting mats, along with some rather splendid views.

They have a comprehensive gift shop with branded sweats, jackets, hats, t-shirts, and a slew of pool and dart supplies, apparel and accessories. In case of any paid concerts or other events, the shop doubles as the box office.

Rewards/Deals

We weren’t able to find any specific offers aside from the group sales. These are designed for wedding parties, office parties, anniversaries, or class reunions. There are many options available here, and all groups between 50 and 150 guests can use the Breakers special events room free of charge. It is located on the Sky Club Floor, and there are food service and open bar options available as well.
