Our investigative team realized it was time to spring into action and investigate the said claims. Indeed, the poor reputation of this online casino stems from the fact that they had some pretty predatory terms and conditions of their services.
The big majority of their customers have voiced total dissatisfaction with their unethical practice and shady business like slow payments or entire confiscation of funds.
Sadly, the sheer volume of this negative feedback was quite distressing and has permanently damaged EuroFortune’s position as a trustworthy venue.
With its integrity compromised beyond repair, we had no choice but to place the venue on our black list and warn players to steer away from this online casino.
Player Complaints
The vast portion of player complaints had to do with overly long processing of withdrawals and winnings that were voided quite unjustly. That is the bulk of messages we have got on our Forum, all very concerned about their accounts at this casino and the ultimate fate of their funds.
What the casino officials would most frequently do…
…is they’d proclaim there was a bonus abuse (where there wasn’t) and then void the players’ winnings and confiscate them.
While we have – as have players that were damaged by this practice – tried to contact the casino and have this situation resolved...
…our experience has shown that these cases go unresolved more often than not since the terms and conditions (unfair and dishonest to begin with) present too heavy of an obstacle for any casino punter who would try to salvage their funds.
Whenever there are very long delays and unusually long times for processing payments, you can rest assured that there is something fishy going on.

“I played the 10 € no deposit bonus and I just arrived at the three-digit sum for a payout after a long journey. But now the casino demands of me, before it comes to a disbursement, that I am to make a first deposit of 30 € and then I should be able to pay my win around payout + my first deposit together.”

The conditions and terms of this casino are difficult, the bonuses can not be withdrawn and are and are deleted when processing the withdrawal and all means of withdrawal are subject to a transfer fee. in addition to the payment delay is very long compared to other casinos.
Some time ago EuroFortune casino was quite successful. I played there and won and twice successfully cashouts. The support there is very friendly and always helped me with problems. But judging by the feedback of the players, they have deteriorated. It's a pity.

Some time ago EuroFortune casino was quite successful. I played there and won and twice successfully cashouts. The support there is very friendly and always helped me with problems. But judging by the feedback of the players, they have deteriorated. It's a pity.

I explored this casino a month ago. I can see they don't have a good reputation so I am happy my session was fine. I played with a minimum deposit and lost, I think Rival games require a good bankroll which I didn't have. I think they are decent but for your own good, check the terms carefully first.
