    My account was already verified with them. I have/did NOT used any bonuses or promotions with my deposit. My deposit (actually my 6th deposit, I believe) was made with bitcoin.
    I requested a withdrawal on Dec 17th. Although they claim to process payments in 24 hours, I'm approaching the midway point of week 2.  

    I did get a response from the helpdesk on Dec 22nd:

    I don't think they have any intention to pay me the money owed. There's simply no excuse when they are claiming 24 hour crypto processing on verified accounts that it takes longer than 2 weeks. 
    I'm tired of every casino using the "backlog" excuse for late payments and that being acceptable. If they have a backlog then they obviously can meet the advertised claim that they are making. This casino needs to have their info adjusted to say 2 weeks plus for payment...had that been the case I would not have played there. My payment should have been the quickest turnaround possible with a crypto payment, no bonuses and a verified account. I can't imagine how long it would take for people playing with bonuses, who have not been verified and paid with a credit card.  Regardless, It's very deceptive of the casino and frankly is a very bad look for lcb to be pushing this false information on the public to it's customers when there's so much evidence to contradict this false claim. If we can't believe the accuracy of the info provided here, what's the point?


    I made a request for withdrawal at another casino last night, I would bet money that I receive those funds before this casino.

  • I'm sorry, at 3 weeks when you claim 24 hours is not a backlog. That's the same response you gave me 10 days ago. I received my payment from another casino in 3 days last week. You need to change your advertised time of processing payments. Your inability to stay even close to that time should be enough to warrant such. You can be backlogged for a week, three or more means you simply lied about the time to mislead and attract customers.

  • We are almost at 30 days now since this withdrawal request for a verified account, with no bonus depositing with crytpo. Which you have listed this casino as paying out in 24 hours....I want them blacklisted. They are not paying customers and are stealing from their customers and you have an assist in this criminal activity of theirs since your providing with a means to pull in more customers to steal from. They should not be listed without some kind off warning to your customers.

    Did you receive winnings? Never had such problems with crypto cashouts after verification. Max time was up to 2 hours to receive funds to my crypto wallet

  • I'd really like to know why you leave casinos active on your site when situations like this arise. If a casino hasn't paid any of it's customers out for over a month and is not responding to your inquiries, shouldn't you flag them for customers or put them on a blacklist until customers have confirmed they are paying. If this casino shuts down and disappears, you're allowing them to continue to collect money from new customers as long as they can. From what I've seen so far, I've yet to hear of anyone getting paid from this casino. Customer's have the right to know what they're getting themselves into...and the payout times should be adjusted.

    Players play at their own risk at casinos. Our reviews only contain information found on their website and their T&C. The fact that some casinos do not respect their own T&C is simply not our fault. LCB often suggests to casinos, when we see rogue and unfair terms in their T&C, that they change or remove them. Sometimes the casinos are willing to change the terms, and sometimes they are not.
     
    Regarding complaints, we are mediators between players and casinos. We offer our help to try to solve the complaints that players have with casinos, free of charge.

    Most casinos are willing to cooperate, while some unfortunately do not, which is the same thing we mentioned above. They simply do not respond to our emails, do not want to cooperate in the matter of complaints, or prolong the entire process of resolving complaints. Sometimes our hands are tied, and we can't do anything to make a casino willing to cooperate with players' complaints.

    Also, many factors influence whether a casino will be on a warning or blacklist with us. Just some of the factors are a large number of complaints, a large number of unresolved complaints, constant non-payment of players, payment delays, unfair T&C, bad support, fake games, etc.
     
    LCB never had a problem with placing a casino on a warning or blacklist when needed, but these decisions are not made solely on isolated cases.
     
    Also, please note that the employee in charge of handling complaints at the casino may be on vacation. Casino games operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but casino employees do not.

I truly think this one should be considered as I have not seen a single player claim to have been paid from this casino...but I know of at least 20 that are in the same situation that I am in with the casino obviously having no intention on paying us out. This casino will most likely be blacklisted eventually, I'm 95% certain of this. I was just hoping to save others the heartache, frustration, and loss of finances that I've experienced due to the negligence of  this casino . it's truly been a burden to me, or else I wouldn't be so aggressive about this.

    Hello, I'm just following up to stay on top of this one. I don't want any other players to become victims of  this casino, who as far as I can tell, haven't paid out any customers in their short history.  I know that there are many factors and that their employees may be out on occasion for whatever reason. I'm at week 6 now since my withdrawal request that should have been handled in 1-2 days. But this isn't about me anymore. I have little hope remaining for a payout of the money they owe me. However, I'm determined to make sure they blacklisted or flagged accordingly to prevent any other players from falling prey to this "organization".  I suspect they will disappear with no trace in a couple months, until then I'm going to do my best to make sure new depositers have the correct information.

  • Thank you so much...I couldn't bare to continue reading horror stories from customers that continue to get scammed by this group. I've never heard of a casino that simply doesn't pay anyone...it's bad enough when they make excuses and do very questionable things to disqualify you from receiving payment, but to approve a withdrawal requests and simply never send the money, WHILE YOU CONTINUE TO OPERATE  AND TAKE OTHER PEOPLES' MONEY is simply the worst thing for the entire gaming industry!  The fact that this can be done and nothing will ever happen to them puts a serious stain on the gaming industry at large. It really makes me question my participation and support.
