RESOLVED: Royal Ace Casino Withdrawal - no payment

4/25/2017 requested $2000.00 bitcoins withdrawal.  The withdrawal approved on 5/03/2017.

Several days passed after approval. When I contacted casino support,  the agent said he will escalate it to the processor and make it priority for payment. But still no payment.  Next, they said it's been escalated to management level for processing and I will be getting payment in any moment.asking me to contact them at the end of the day if I still haven't got it.  No payment by the end of the day. They apologize and said they have slow processor and too many payouts.

3 weeksf passed without payment.  I called the casino On 5/22 spoke with Jerry, he said my payment has been escalated to top priority and he will make sure that it will be sent to next batch to be processed. Still no payment.

on 5/24 chat agent asked me to get back with them later time of the day then I can get the updated information. He wrote congratulations when ending the chat meaning I'm finally getting paid..I thought. Still no payment  At the end of business hours on 5/24, they said they are really behind. 

due to the unusually heavy workload. Asking me to understand that there are thousand other players requests they have to process.

They said I will get the payment for sure if I waited for another 7 to 10 business days. How can I trust anything they say after all this?  I just know I was getting run around. I wasted time and getting a lot of stress simply trying to get the payment they owe me.  I made many withdrawals from other casinos previously but never had such problems. The most other casinos paid me within a day or so and Casino Extreme paid to my bitcoin wallet within hours.  I don't understand how a reputable online casino can operate their business this way.  What can I do to stop getting ran around and finally get paid?

Where did you get the idea they are reputable? they never have been reputable and never will . But its your lucky days because you came to the right place for help.

Thank you for your help.  I just thought they were reputable because I just knew they were in business for many years and I thought all online casinos have to be reputable to stay alive.  How did they managed to still open I wonder.  Thanks again for your help,

Thanks a lot for the information.  I played at a fe casinos before and never had any cash out problems.  Betonline, Casino Extreme, Ignition Casino and Sportsbooks.ag are few names pay out

within a day or two, often paid faster than their terms posted on websites and Casino Extreme pays within 3-4 hours   

Actually I made deposits at Royal Ace Casino because I was interested in playing their slots tournaments. Matter of a fact, my winning is from finishing second from 10k weekly or bi-weekly tournament second prize was $3500.00 and I decided to cash out 2000.00 of it and left the balance at first to play more tournaments and some slots.  It's all gone now but I'll be more careful picking the casino from now on.  I will make sure if I get to play at a ne casino in the future, I'll check with the list on top.

those are good choices. Not a fan of Ignition but prefer their sister sites ( bovada etc ). CasinoExtreme is pretty good, yes they pay super fast and they have a Rep here whos always helpful
