  • Hi. I have a late withdrawal with Sushi casino. They say that withdrawals are supposed to be processed in 72 hours. That time has passed yet when I inquired they are telling me stories when all I want is my money. They dont even want to tell me when they'll process this transaction. really need this money today, certainly before the weekend is done and these people are just messing me about.  They don't seem to care at all. So please help me. I don't have a username with this casino but the email address associated with my account with them is ***. Please hide the email when you've read this email. This is really urgent and I'm very upset with them right now. I'm really disappointed.

  • 1. Withdrawal was made Monday night in my timezone so 72 hours have long passed.

    2.I'm verified.

    3. I have withdrawn successfully once from this casino in May.

    4.They just say there's a "delay" which may or may not be fixed "next week". If they were willing to commit to Monday then perhaps I would so alarmed. I'm hoping that by complaing here they'll respond with a concrete date.

I'm convinced that they did so after seeing your message because when I spoke to them the agent was 100% adamant that it would happen only next week. I can even show you a screenshot of the transcript if you want. So thanks so much for your help because I'm convinced that had I not complained to you I'd still be waiting right now.
