UNRESOLVED: MetaSpins withholding $1200 For Wrongfully Accused Violation

My brother told me about an interesting website where we could gamble online we are stationed in Japan and currently live here. We also occasionally move to other parts of Europe so having a game online makes a lot of sense. For some reason they are thinking that my brothers email is affiliated with my account that I just made and it's just so happens that I won today. even though my brother has never won.. Now they have withheld all of my winnings of $1,200 and told me that I violated something that I didn't violate and that they're not going to give me my money. Nor the money that I put in. 

They asked me to do kyc which I happily did only for the kyc to give me some sort of weird error where it wouldn't let me click the link anymore. 
Shortly after they completely ignored that and just told me that I violated 8.1 which I did not.

Now they are not responding and I refuse to send my $1200 to Eth: 0x2308A61b4383395C23e58C210f8b06c87f4eE355 my ethereum wallet.

Please someone help. I did nothing wrong, didnt benfit from any weird promos or Bonuses or anything. They should not be stealling my deposit or withholding my winnings.

Does your brother have an account as well? The reason for rejecting your withdrawal might be that they found two accounts coming from the same IP address. This can often be flagged as a violation by online casinos, as it might be seen as an attempt to exploit bonuses or promotions.

Hey. Yes but i believe he quit after losing money. Also i did not use any bonuses or promotions. it was too confusing...

The casino representative got back to us and provided proof that you had not two, but three accounts with them. Since this violates their terms and conditions, they have decided to close your accounts, and their decision is final. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything further to help, therefore, we must close the complaint and mark it unresolved.

? But i only ever had 1 account!? are they counting others as me?

Unfortunately, the accounts are connected so they are considered duplicated. Their decision is final. 

That sucks...we do use the same laptop...And the password is something we always use...but i understand why they came to that conclutions. We can easily both give KYC. i dont know about a third account.. But me and my brother could,
