    Hello, So a few months ago i was fortunate to win a decent amount of money on Luckylegends online casino, around $25k. Since then i have had the pleasure of dealing with customer service not helping or even just closing the chat without answering. I have had my case "escalted" more times then I can count. I have received 1 payment in the 3 months since I won and after talking to customer service tonight I apparently did not provide a valid ID??  Suddenly 2 days before im supposed to get my next winnings payment I need to verify my ID AGIAN and that will take days and days.Is there anything more I can do or am I forced to just jump through all the hoops over and over? Was really hoping to have that money for xmas =(

    Update :  So I received another payment from them today. For a time frame I requested my first withdrawal on 10/24/2023, received my first winnings payment on 11/23/2024/,  received my second on 12/31/20203.  Thus far the payments have been coming slow and require me to talk to customer service numerous times but they are coming so I will keep giving updates if they continue to send winning payments.
