  • They keep acting like gonna send n then don't, now say my birthday don't match that of my id, in a email, n to confirm it and explanation of why it's different. I explained that the site was sending me back every single time I tried to submit birthday etc n I always doublevchrck everything is right, but I guess after 5-6;time of send me backwards it finally sent me forward submitted, I may of accidentally hit may or something instead of April or the system glitchy again n just sent thru before I really was able to double check it. Either I explained n told em my birthday is 4-19-1984. I have sent them multiple multiple different pics of me with my id in hand legible. Also, why didn't they go ahead and fix this before verifying me? I thought that's what all verification process is for is to make sure have all the info correct n establishedvl for future payouts n deposits? Anyway haven't heard back from em yet prolly say b 3-5 more days to that verified. if they'd just send my winnings I'd already would've redeposit most of it n been playing for days now instead not playing n deciding this site might b too aggregating. But if they'll just send the money n reply to confirmation email on my birthdate I b happy to continue play there as long as this all behind us the next is an actual instant
