    vmy name is diana nickell. i have played here and deposited plenty and have won once and 

    had no problem cashing out with bitcoin as, my bank will not accept your wires or checks. So I finally win again, I think only the second time, I got to cash out and am told, you will not let me use bitcoin. unless most my deposits are from there. I dont always have access to that so i have used both. I do not know when you started this, but I am partners with latest casino bonus, and other casino review groups. 

    I simply want you to allow me to withdraw my winnings to bitcoin as I did before. if your changing that , i need to know as it is my only withdrawal option. 

    currently i have 120 ready to with draw, and I need your reply as soon as possible. i was planning on redepositing with you, under one of your bitcoin bonuses, but if you will not let me use my bitcoin to with draw in the future i need to know. 

    please send to a supervisor this does not seem very friendly to your customers. 

    i play at other casinos on line and NONE of them do this.

    The casino rep is waiting for their support team to check on your case. However, she states that if a player deposits in fiat they need to withdraw in fiat unless a certain amount is played through BTC.

    all i know is that i used to deposit regularly in bitcoin here, i won, and they did not have any 50% rule at the time. they indicated ONCE YOU HAD WITHDRAWN IN BITCOIN, you were good. so i played and finally won, and my bank, will not take their checks. so I am simply trying to withdraw to bitcoin, so I can redeposit in bitcoin lol. but they changed the game, and I want to withdraw my winnings in bitocin NOT pay $20 for a 100 with drawal. surely if they ever want me to play there again, and ? I want to know, since they seemed confused? they didnt even know I was verified and had won before? thanks for all your help . diana. once i know what the knew situation is? i can NEVER withdraw wiht checks or wires. has to go to bitcoin account

    We got a feedback from the casino support:

    The reason why they were paid by Bitcoin in 2021 is because they had made BTC deposits which met the requirements of the 50% of the initial withdrawal.
    As per the withdrawal terms and conditions below.

     18. If you make a deposit via BTC, withdrawals can be made via BTC.
        18.1 If you deposit via Credit Card, withdrawals can be made via wire transfer.
        18.2 If you use Credit Card and BTC/Wallet as deposit methods, then your BTC deposits need to comprise 50% of the initial withdrawal to be able to withdraw via BTC or make 3 consecutive BTC deposits to activate the wallet.

  • Melissa, this is al new to me, not one other casino has any such requirement, and i have played here for years. my banks will not accept their checks. i am asking them to allow it so i can REDEPOSIT WITH BITCOIN AND START THE CYCLE AGAIN. SURELY there is hellp here. i had no idea they had this as a rule in fine print and since they cashed out no problem before? and never mentioned about the 50%? they want to lose a perfectly good player over this/ ? please see if there is anything they can do. sigh, otherwise , I will cash out, and never play there again, what a stupid rule to control people. only bitocin if you dep have the time that way? what ? thanks so much for advocating for me.

  • someone name Francois texted me, and and sais Congrats for my winnings , kindly initiate the withdrael using bitcoin for finace to review, so I log in and go to cashier and it still will not allow me to . so i texted him back. they have not taken the block away from the cashier. HELP, lol what a place lol, thanks for your help, so now they intend to let me with draw via bitcoin, and they have not fixed the error.

  • NO THE MONEY IS NOW GONE FROM MY ACCOUNT AND IT IS NOT IN ;MY BITCOIN ACCOUNT. I LITERALLY SENT THEM A SCREEN SHOT ;OF THE ADDRESS FROM IN MY BITCOIN ACCOUNT, SO I DID NOT GIVE THEM THE WRONG ADDRESS. THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT NOW, TO WITHDRAW, VIA BITCOIN, THERE IS NOTHING THERE. SO I ASSUMED THAT THEY WENT AHEAD AND SENT IT, VIA BITCOIN. WELL COINBASE, DOES NOT HAVE ANY INCOMING ETC. BALANCE $1 NOT $200 OMG, PLEASE HELP ASAP, AND THANKS
