    dear forum I registered through your forum and received 20 spins for registration I wagered the bonus and provided all the documents my documents have been approved and verified,

    Casino Rep got back to us and said that it was a misunderstanding between support team and finance department. Final resolution is that you need to make a very minimum deposit of $5 just to unlock the withdrawal and you will be able to withdraw all your winnings plus $5 that you deposited. 

    With that being said we will mark this case as Resolved.

    dear forum after their lies and misleading I won't make a deposit in the amount of 5$,they'll come up with something else later I don’t trust them anymore and I don’t recommend them to other players
