RESOLVED: Grand Rush Casino

I initiated a bitcoin  withdrawal five days ago and still have not recieved funds. I am growing increasingly concerned because each time I contact support, I am told that my funds should arrive by the following day. Now today, I am being told the funds should arrive no later than Tuesday, a week away.

The following info was recieved via a  chat support session this morning:

"As per the casino terms and conditions, match deposit bonus offers greater than 100% will have a maximum withdrawable limit of 10 times the value of the deposit.

We trust the above explains why your withdrawal was limited to $200 on your payment"

I find this to be unacceptable.  The only stipulations provided to me regarding bonus winnings were related to playthrough requirements.  Please see below:

We must mark this complaint as Resolved as per the casino's terms and conditions bonuses exceeding 100% of the deposit have a maximum withdrawal limit set at 10 times the deposit value. This is why the withdrawal was limited to $200.
