Hello, I was browsing the "Questions" on the "Guides" page here on LCB and under the "Where can I get help if I have an issue with a casino" you state having a "complaints form" that players can submit directly to LCB. Unfortunately you dont provide a link to this form so I'm forced to create this post and ask for one or can you tell me how to get one please? Thank you. -

"If you have already followed the first steps of a concern or issue at a Casino by contacting their Customer Service and/or a Direct Casino Support Rep at our Forum with unsatisfactory results, then contact LCB by submitting the Complaint Form. Please specify the Casino, your name, email, issue and a brief description of your complaint.
LCB will get back to you as quickly as possible and do our best to resolve any justified issues. "
Im sorry Melissa I rather do the proper sequence and submit a form as stated in the LCB guide.

I do not wish to talk to the casino rep. The rep is the issue. I want to inform LCB about the decietful tactics the casino is doing. I simply want a form so I can present the problems and then let LCB determine how to proceed with the matter. As I have said before, I would like the form please.

Im sorry, am I being unreasonable? Why is it so difficult to get a complaint form. Im following LCB guidelines for filing a complaint.
We don't have a form to fill in, we have Complaints section where players create their own topics and post their complaints. We also have a Direct Support Section where casino representatives create the topic with the name of their casino/casinos where players can come directly to them and post their complaints. That's how it all works.

ok that tab only gives me the option of reporting
suspect software
poor support
slow payment
no paymentThere is no "operates without license" option. How can I report that? And why did the reviewer say they have a license? I guess the review was wrong? Do you see where this is heading Melissa. How do we get this casino blacklisted. I want to know the procedure

Its very simple. If LCB actually does care about the players you would look into this matter and get back to me. Just do the right thing.
To do the right thing is either tell me Im wrong and they do operate with a lisence, provide me a way to verify it, them Im done. Or blacklist them and Im done as well.

It's disheartening that other moderators seem unwilling to lend a hand. I'm dedicated to bettering the gaming community by removing questionable casinos, yet I haven't received a single "like" for my efforts. Melissa, I apologize, but you're mistaken about the form. The "tab" feature doesn't allow me to input my name, email, and a brief description of my complaint. It's disappointing that you didn't verify with anyone before assuming that LCB Guide was spreading misinformation.
We're all aware that LCB profits from players who join casinos through their site. However, endorsing subpar casinos tarnishes their reputation. Unfortunately, I've reached the limit of what I can do, and I fear that the LCB staff lacks the inclination to do what's right.

Hi SinMore,
Thank you very much for your feedback. We always help our memebrs with any complaint they have. Casino get and lose their licenses. We have more than 2,000 casinos listed on our site and it is impossible to be up to date with every single information or a change that a casino makes.
I don't understand your point since you already raised this question on two section on our forum publicly, what else you expect from us. Please wait for the answer from the casino rep on Libery Slots dedicated support topic. There you can communicate with the casino rep directly and ask what you want to know.

Because we all know you are not going to provide me with a form, I will submit my complaint here.
Liberty slots is one of the worst casinos I have ever seen. They are willing to lie to our face without worry because they know we cant do anything to hold them accountable. If they can so easily lie to us then what makes you think they wont use other dirty tactics to take advantage of your game play. What would stop them from manipulating games to gain more profit than they should?
Liberty Slots Casino has table games, keno, blackjack, video poker and slot machines. Nearly 95% of the casino are slots. Liberty claims on site that all the games offered are certified fair every month by CFG (Certified Fair Gaming) and they provide a copy of the certificate for players to view. However upon inspection we can see that slots are not included on the certificate. That means 95% of the casino is not audited for fairness.
Dylan even admits slots are never audited on the site and even lies to us by saying no casino audits their slot machines. We know this is not true because CFG states on their site that they do indeed audit slots.
Dylan will not provide the name of the gaming license to us. We are unable to verify if they even have a license. This fact along with the fact that they are lying about the games on site being certified fair leaves us without a doubt some dirty tactics are present.
This casino should be blacklisted But LCB promotes this casino? Im providing proof to back up everything I said here is true from screen shots below and I want to know why this casino isnt blacklisted.

Melissa do you need more proof? Dylan did reply in the other thread but refused to give us any info about Liberty Slots license. Also Curacao made it mandatory for all online casinos to display their license.
I think the fact that you went silent on this matter confirms that you do not care, because if you did, you would provide me a way to get this casino blacklisted.

I used to think LCB was a creditable source for looking out for the players. But now you made it obvious this is not the case. You rate un licensed casinos with high scores and when I want to complain about it I get turned away and given the silent treatment? I thought these forums were to help players distinguish shady casinos so they could avoid them but here you are promoting them. I know this is true because not a single moderator has the balls to come forth and tell me that Im correct and an un licensed casino shouldnt be rated so highly. How hard is it to just do the right thing?
