UNRESOLVED: 22Bet - Blocked Withdrawals

Dear All,

I started gambling on 22BET.

Initially, everything was ok, I could deposit and withdraw without any problem.

The fact is that I ve had a very positive run which led me to have a bit more than 11'000.- on my account. You guess what follows. They completely blocked all my withdrawals requests and keep asking me to deposit with e-wallet and are very sorry because they have problems with cards. (only for withdrawals of course).

So now I have this high amount completely blocked. I really hope someone could help me please. I would be ready to pay someone who could help me.

Please post your username so our moderators can contact the rep and see whats happening with your case. A fair few players have had issues with withdrawals and communication with this casino, it is currently on our warning list.

It is sometimes the case that players cannot withdrawal from the same method they deposited. I would research which e-wallets can be used in Swizerland and which are available at 22 bet. Please see the banking section on the review page here.

I am sincerely horrified that they still got their license. 

I honestly do not particularly want to use e-wallet. Especially I don t want to deposit one additional penny till I can't make any withdrawal.
