They've been given our weekly cashback already today so based on that, they're not eligible.

That has never been an issue before! And it's upsetting as i asked them about lcb cash back and they added the standard casino cash back and said will follow up later on lcb request. Then suddenly I am not eligible because they added on a promo I didn't request. 

Before, it was i didn't deposit enough. I deposit just to meet the deposit requirement for this specific promo, and now it's because I was given their cash back promo instead of the one I requested I'm not eligible. 

This is not my first time participating in this promotion, and this term of the promotion did not exist prior to today. 

This is bogus, either they should cokntinue to issue the cash back per this promotion as they have been and as I was told I would receive in numerous chats, or they can just refund my last 3 deposits that were made to meet this requirement and close my account.

I will send over your comments to the casino and get back to you when I hear back.

Basically, he said they cannot give cashback in the casino and cashback on the forum hence why the terms were updated.  He also said that the more no deposit bonuses a player receives (cashback is technically a no deposit bonus) the less can be given by way of bonuses further down the line.
