Just to save myself from sounding like a pest... what would you consider a normal wait period should be after you sent requests in? So I know not to bother you or inquire again. Example should I give it at least one day or two days before I ask about the status of the cashback. Just want to learn the basic etiquette to this forum. Thank you 

Generally, I expect a result the same day.  They are usually (or used to be) pretty good with the cashback however, a lot of the reps will be at the affiliate conference in Amsterdam so I'm expecting delays on everything (which I'm already seeing for a few casinos). 

I'm hopeful to hear today and will post when I receive a result.
