Hello,  I completed the wagering requirement and the agent said to me : "In order to be eligible to withdraw any winnings, you need to have at least one deposit made on the site, prior to making the withdrawal request." here it say that no minimum deposit is needed in order to cash out the winnings

Not really sure how to feel about this I think one way then I think the other things could always be good could be bad but this is just right there in the middle
