Also from 6/18/24, I hit a freeplay for $326 with palace of chance but that wasn't my money like raging bull was. I've sent them money plenty of times they paid me 3x all around $100 each time, but now they owe $469 from the 6/20/24 withdrawal an I need that money. If the winning deposit is not in the casino system there is ostensibly no risk on the part of the player and no risk means no gain, the win cannot be considered valid. All deposits still capable of being refunded were refunded to protect our 3rd party payment providers, not as a courtesy to yourself I'm afraid. If you have not received the $490 refunded to you you will need to contact your bank. There is nothing further myself or the casino can do to assist. Nick l love Ragingbull casino so this is not a complaint per say so much as it is an inquiry. I deposited with a bonus and won.
