RAGING BULL SLOTS Support and Complaints Thread

So these guys sent me an email saying they banned me from playing at the casino anymore. Conveniently 4them Raging Bull did this while they owe me $469 from a $50 deposit I just made on 6/20/24. Also from 6/18/24, I hit a freeplay for $326 with palace of chance but that wasn't my money like raging bull was. I've sent them money plenty of times they paid me 3x all around $100 each time, but now they owe $469 from the 6/20/24 withdrawal an I need that money. I really need help on this especially the Raging Bull cause that was a $50 deposit an I've sent them at least $400. I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

Greetings macutayanne@yahoo.com, for whatever reason (player or the player's bank) disputed deposits are disputed deposits and they are no longer in the casino system as they have been recalled by the bank. If the winning deposit is not in the casino system there is ostensibly no risk on the part of the player and no risk means no gain, the win cannot be considered valid. All deposits still capable of being refunded were refunded to protect our 3rd party payment providers, not as a courtesy to yourself I'm afraid. If you have not received the $490 refunded to you you will need to contact your bank. There is nothing further myself or the casino can do to assist. i'm so sorry 490$ is not enough , because before i accumulated all my 5600$ winning , i deposited probably 3000$ , so that's the one i'm asking for refund. i hope you understand that's a lot of money on my side. 

one more i didn't even receive that 490$

The bank said it shouldn't be the problem if you refunded me so i don't know what to tell you but atleast give me back my refund it's been 4months

Nick l love Ragingbull casino so this is not a complaint per say so much as it is an inquiry. I deposited with a bonus and won. It my second withdraw so everything that needs to be verified already has. I'm using Coindraw bc it's supposed to be the fastest way..I put in my request on the 9th and I haven't even been notified of the request. It's  $500.00 and we really need this as soon as possible. No there is no problem with account validation because they have paid me 3times in the past so I was really tripping when they asked me for verification again that was a big red flag cuz they paid me 3times also I got the email an text saying I'm all validated so....

I saw your message. I'm sorry you were scammed by this website. I experienced the same problem as you. I play at 1win website.

I made a deposit but the money was not credited to my casino account.

They claim that the money is not in the system. And my bank confirmed that I completed the transfer. I contacted them showing all evidence. I waited until the 30 days were up. In the end my money was not returned and New address change website

This is what shows. The player is at a disadvantage in everything. As soon as we deposit

I have one more story to share with you.

I deposited 20$ and won 700$. He claimed that he did not let me withdraw immediately. He claimed that I played through. Insecure browser I replied to him that since I signed up for your website. Make deposit and withdrawal transactions I've always played on the Google Chrome browser. If you're claiming it's not secure, You'd better close your website. The excuse of not paying was not sound at all and in the end he didn't pay...

Then I should teach this scam website a lesson....I just found out why I've been playing so bad all this time. The website uses a program embedded in the website page.
