  • I have been trying to get verified at limitless casino for a week and a half so I can make a withdrawal, but I have yet to receive a response from them except for automated confirmations that they have received my email. Then I found there is absolutely no way to contact this casino other than the email I've been trying to use to contact anyone.

  • I made around 5 deposits on 12/23. During my 3rd deposit limitless inputted a bonus & blocked my cash deposit. Therefore when I won I actually didn't win. I've never won anything that much at limitless compared to when playing with their bonus. That is why I asked them several times & constantly to remove any bonuses permanently. I had a feeling something like this will happen because it's hard to win . They don't give you an option to opt out of bonus. They also don't have any jurisdiction licensing. I don't expect to win there.

    Hi LCB and limitless casino,

    I had received a $20 coupon on 19 December as a loyalty reward and no additional terms or max cashout was communicated to me via email and upon clicking on the coupon it also said general terms and conditions apply.

    The general terms as per the screenshot included in this post shows max cashout of 5x coupon value.

    $20 x 5 = $100 max cashout.

    My balance was reduced to $50 after wagering which was not the correct max as per the general terms and conditions on free chip coupon.

    Please assist and credit the $50 difference.

    This won't work because their website is set up specifically to not allow live chat until you've made a deposit lol. It's infuriating.

    I usually check the coupon terms and this said coupon clearly said general terms and conditions apply.

    In that case the general coupon terms would be the 5x max cashout as per the general terms and conditions.

    You can even see the email sent to me did not specify any max cashout etc.

    Usual communication is clear if there is  difference in coupon terms from general terms.

  • Herewith screenshot showing that general terms and conditions applied to that loyalty chip hence max cashout should have been 5x coupon value as per the general terms and conditions.

  • Still no proper response here. I honestly hate it when casinos just feel like they can change terms as and when they deem fit. Clearly you can see the screenshot showing that general terms and conditions applied to that coupon and there was no special terms.

    In such a case max that should have been paid out is 5x coupon value which is $100.

    I'm not too fussed about the amount but the principle is what matters. 

    I hope that players read this and be weary before depositing large amounts here only to be robbed as the casino themselves do not follow their own terms and conditions!!!

    To the limitless casino rep, I have attached a screenshot on this thread from my cashier screen clearly showing that coupon terms which stated general terms apply and no special terms specific to that coupon. 

    I think we can all deduce what is meant by max cashout and as indicated by your reply. A min amount of $50 but MAX is 5x coupon value.

    If a coupon is $20, it's fairly simple to understand that max cashout is $100 so what is the issue here.

    The screenshot from my cashier clearly shows that the coupon had no special terms but general terms applied here which means it's 5x coupon value MAX cashout.

    I am not satisfied with your response this far.

  • I have the same issue. I can not withdraw my $50 until I verify my account. Send in my documents, the resonse i get was. "Verification will not begin without a pending request", I made a deposit to help verify my account but the deposit can not be processed until I withdraw my balance.

    What don't you understand by a 5x max coupon value?

    That is 5 x $20 = $100 simple maths right?

    Do you understand what is meant by a min and max payout? Max as per your general T&C's ona free chip is 5x coupon value.

    I have also provided a screenshot from my cashier clearly showing that general terms and conditions were applicable to that free chip which and the max as per the above should have been paid out.

    There you very much LCB moderators but there is unfortunately nothing we can do if the casino rep is clearly failing to understand their own terms and conditions.

    Another player on this thread experienced the same issue and players should becareful when playing here as terms are just changed as and when they deem fit.

  • I sure hope this is a real way to get in touch with limitless casino online customer service!  When I received an error message I clicked the link that said chat with customer service.  I have tried to chat 4-5 times.  Every time I do not receive a chat back.  It is UNACCEPTABLE that there is no way to reach customer service.  I also clicked on the link to send an email twice now.  My emails will not go through with the email address that automatically appears in the send box.  I am showing that I can withdraw.  Then the error appears stating I need to verify my account.  What do I need to do?  I want to withdraw this money.  This is frustrating and unprofessional.  Also if there is no way to get in touch with customer service I can't imagine how this website is legally operating.

    Can you kindly advise as to what your opinion is on this matter.

    If a coupon says general terms and conditions are applicable and according to the free chip rules max cashout is 5x coupon value, shouldn't the max on a $20 coupon be $100?

    I just need clarity if possible as I would hate it if other players had to experience this with a much larger amount.

    There was no coupon specific terms that superceded the general terms.

    The screenshot from cashier clearly showed general terms were applicable to the aforementioned coupon.
