  • Thanks for adding the free entry. Hopefully it's fixed on my account moving forward. And thanks for acknowledging that I should've been eligible. It was very frustrating getting that point across to the support team.

    In regards to malfunctions, multiple games had stopped working properly that day and I did chat with support about it. They said it would be fixed shortly so when I tried again a few hours later I thought it was back to normal until the second or third hand started and the weird experience I had is shown above. Don't have exact times handy but I had 2 hands that were interrupted by errors/malfunctions. It was a total of $6 in wagers. I was more annoyed that there was no warning on the site that games weren't working properly or any offer to make things right.

  • Hey everyone. Just wanted to give a heads up, this is my first and probably my only experience with drake casino after tn. I claimed a bonus, which was a free $5 ticket entry into a tournament, but it had a 250× rollover. Once the tournament money was at a $0 balance, essentially I'd lost, I still had the 250× rollover. 2 separate support agents told me it could not be canceled and that my future deposits would have the 250× rollover wagering requirement. Then once I threatened leaving a review here, all of a sudden the third agent i spoke to offered to clear the rollover and did so without asking a higher up like the guy I spoke to before her who put me on hold for 10-15 minutes while he sought approval from a higher up. Then on top of that, I deposited and withdrew with crypto. I was told that after the withdrawal was sent out would be 1-3 days before it hit my wallet. For Litecoin which takes an hour tops even at 6 confirmations on block chain. I have screenshots of the last chat.  BEWARE! The agent even sent me a link to a different casino website for me to check the withdrawal options in our chat and I had to correct her

    I have been playing at Drake casino for about two years. I couldn't tell you the thousands that I have deposited over the course of that time. I have to this date...never requested a withdrawal. So when this event happened I was absolutely floored. 
    I understand that game errors happen. You can't always tell if a player is being honest or just trying to get comps. I have never complained before, and/or requested comps for anything. Ever. In 2 years. Thousands upon thousands of dollars. This issue just burns me based on principle. 
    I had been playing a game called "spin it Vegas". The bonus round is very hard to get and it features slim slots to which letters spelling out "spin it Vegas" drop down, rather like a "hold and win" feature. What you're looking for is them to catch in the slots. Every time one catches, your 3 spins start over. If you get all of them across the board, you get the "MEGA" jackpot, which for my current bet, was around $1200. 
    I kept having a game error in which it would act as though I had lost signal, even though I was downtown, on a roof, (party going on), and it wasn't exactly a small city. I would reload the game, no big deal as it tracks your play. 
    i won the bonus round. 
    I watched all the slots fill up.

    i immediately call Drake and let them know of the issue. A very snooty French sounding guy who was clearly smoking(could hear him pulling a drag every time, like it had been his only cig in hours lol) sounding very bored with my call and told me to email support, which I did. 
     

    the reply I got acknowledged that there was a problem. They even guaranteed me it would never happen again. But refused to acknowledge my win. Even with my screenshot and player data. 

    This to me, unacceptable. I have never complained, withdrawn, even times when I should have. But this to me felt like I was getting brushed over and what was the most annoying was over the amount. Does Drake not value ALL its players? I may not spend hundreds of thousands. But I certainly spend thousands. Not up to par with being a big time casino IMO. Sad. I will be spending my money elsewhere if Drake can't honor its clear wins.

    But we haven’t received any response yet, only back in December they confirmed no win was made on this round.

    The  player will be informed once we have a report in hand, if the provider is willing to send us one.
