  • And......  After I posted my rant here I got an e-mail ad from cool cat telling me about their great new game and great bonus offers so I called them up on the phone to tell them to stop e-mailing me and the reason why.  I told the operator/rep that they had ripped me off and sent me a bad check.  The guy chuckled, "Ha ha ha, that's just slander."  I said how is that slander, I have the bad check right in my hand?  All of a sudden he got serious and said to hang on, he was connecting me to a manager.  The manager told me a check had been re-issued and assured me that this check would be a good one.  I will give it another week or so and see what happens but I am not holding out much hope.  If I get a positive result I'll post it here so everyone will know that cool cat is a great place to play and has no problems with cashouts (lol).

    Coolcat group uses third party processor to send the payments. Unfortunately there was a problem on the processor's side and a few check had problems. Issue has been solved and a new payment has been sent out to you. You can track your new check by calling CS and request your courier tracking number which is available.

    I had experienced some delay in my last three checks too, which they tell me they have combined into one. Thanks for contacting them for me, I heard back from them right way after that .I'm glad to hear things are back to normal, I have three more withdrawals pending at Club Player, hopefully they go quicker.

My last two wins have take 6-7 weeks to arrive with all the documentation already approved. If you have any pull with them, maybe you can put some pressure on management and tell them to get it together. None of us believe it's the processors fault as they so frequently say, so tell them be honest and find a way to process withdrawals quicker. Thanks for being here

  • LOL,  Last month I played a free chip at Prisim.  I did well and made the $100.00.  I was excited and could not wait for the cash.  i was ready to play.  I have played On-line befor, I waited for the cash out before I did any deposits.  While I was waiting they blew up my e-mail and phone with offers and chips to get me to play there.

    Not thinking there was a problem I played a second free chip since my withdrawal was being processed.

    I worked with them to get all the paperwork in correctly and made many many attempts for them to get it.  I tried to withdrawal my money a few times and they kept putting it back in my account.  Finally the paperwork took and today they took the money out and kept it.

    The reason I got was.      "Freddy: That means that the money was removed from the account because of multiple free chips which is not allowed."

    So, if you play there, only play the first free chip and if you win.  Do not do anything else no matter what they send you till you get your money.

    Keep them cheats black listed.  Never deposit money there.


    I also won on my first free chip at captainjacks and still jacking with them to get the money.  Same thing.  I am waiting for them to tell me no.  i was an idiot and did deposit there.

    Never deposit at any of the casino family and I would stay away from PlayerAwards since they are associated with them.


    I live 2 miles from a real casino, I am going to stay away from all on-line casinos since youcan not trust any of them.

    Gambling on games is one thing but gambling on the actual casino is just plain crazy.  Anyone that has spent a minute in a onlinecasino knows that this casino is the most famous rogue. 

    I will say though, anyone that has accidently played here, you do have Cindy here, and she has shown she is willing to help.

  •   According to their story they won on a free chip had it processed for withdrawal then played a second chip.  But shouldnt they pay the winnings on the first chip, yes i could understand them voiding winnings on the second chip if they won on the second chip, or I could understand voiding winnings on the second chip if they lost on the first chip and claimed a second and won. 

    So the fact is they won on the first chip pay it, the claiming of the second chip had no bearing on the winnings for the first chip.

  • I later played other free chips since they blew up my mail and phone with them that is true.  But chip #1 I won and did a withdrawal.  I was waiting for the withdrawal befor I deposited any money there.  Like I said Captain Jack screwing me over also and I madethe mistake of doing deposites there.

    Apperently the Microgaming software ask me to set up twice or one is old.  No, i do not remember playing there or maybe once I did so you would not see any activity.  I had no idea there were multiple accounts there.  Like I said.  No big loss to me.  The way the Virtiual Group customer service works and all the many many warnings on the net about your group, I would not go back there.

    First Slowplay you shouldnt be rude to cindy and say "dont lie to these people".  If she says it was the second chip and you disagree, you should say, Cindy it was the first chip, and I am sure she will look into it, just like she said shes going to do even though you called her a liar, I am sure she is just replying with what the casino said.  Your transaction history you posted doesnt mean anything becasue it only shows the one chip being redeemed, which means we have no clue if that was the first or second chip.  If your going to posted the history as proof include all the history to show both chips.

    As tho it was the fact and I was wrong.  If she did not know for a fact, she posted a lie and I do not take kindly to people telling me I was telling a story.

    Additionally I posted my account from the beginning.  I played one chip and requested a withdrawal.  After that it does not matter.  As stated, I did play other free chips they sent me after the frist one.

  •   I read what was posted. All she posted was player won on second chip. She was probably given the information by the casino.  Either way it doesnt allow you to get upset, say whatever you want , and treat another member disrespectfully.  You have the right to dispute her claim, but not to the extent of name calling.  I see you just recently joined here for the purpose of trying to get paid.  This is a great place to get the help you need, but it also needs to be done in a respectful manner.  The way you win your case is by providing proof and communicating in a respectful manner.

    You attempted to post transaction history that didnt prove your case.  Repost your transaction history to show both free chips.
