  • I need help, it turns out that I took a 50% bonus after playing with this bonus and finishing the wagering requirements I closed almost with €25 When  I see that all the winnings disappeared I ask in the live chat and they tell me that the winnings are lost and You keep only the bonus, this is illogical and fraudulent since they keep the winnings and leave you with nothing. I have never seen any casino eliminate your winnings. In any case, they eliminate the bonus, but the winnings from this bonus are remains with the player, it is a fraudulent bonus and they must be careful, this casino intends to keep the profits from the bonuses and they leave the player without any care i deposit and try me luck whit 5€ but They they keep the winings

    I just want to make everyone aware before using this casino, BetAndYou has awful customer support, no complaints resolution, Little to no knowledge about laws and their own General conditions. For 3 years that I have used BetAndYou I have encountered several problems, Void Bets that have never been refunded, errors in their games that resulted in a loss for me without any refunds,  Customer support refuses to provide A complaints email, they refuse to deal with complaints through the chat, and the email they forward you to, knows very little about general conditions of the casino and your rights. Also, being a Curacao licensed casino, you will never get any help to uphold your rights, and the casino will do whatever they want, including taking your money or violating your rights to their advantage. Make sure you are aware, before using, as I have had one of the worst experiences ever with curacao licensed casinos, including this one being the worst.

    For further details and to sum it up, this is what BetAndYou has done to me during almost the 3 years: 

    1 - They provided me with wrongful information several times through customer support, making me suffer bigger losses than necessary due to their negligence, which goes against the Code of Conduct they must follow, since they are operating under a Curacao License, Being it the CCRG 2022 for responsible gaming, Article 3, 1. And 2.u. 

    2 - They refuse to apply Limits to deposits and block accounts after players requests, profiting over players and abusing them, since it's the players right to limit and block their account whenever they want to 

    3 - BetAndYou does not understand and does not Know their own General conditions, and they breach their ToS repeatedly without any consequences, abusing the system, because they ban players and seized their money when they violate the terms and conditions, but when it's BetAndYou breaching the laws and general conditions, it's fine and they do not have to pay anything nor refund the player. 

    4 - I have filed official complaints with Curacao egaming and control board gaming authorities, as this is the only way the player can try to uphold their rights, I encourage everyone to do the same thing, if they have ever been deceived and injured by BetandYou. They will try to connect you to them directly, because it's the only way they will actually try to solve your complaint, and even then, don't get your hopes up.

    I have had several problems with this casino, I have tried reaching out to them several times, I have asked for a complaints email, and they refused to provide one. I have several evidence of breach of ToS against me, and other proof. Is it possible for you to contact the casino Representative in order to take care of this?

    Not sure if it is just a coincidence, but after making official complaints here and in another Forum, I got the 1st " non automated reply " from Bet&You, unfortunately claiming " I didn't provide complete information " , please note that, there have been dozens of emails sent by me, and their answers have always been the same, I have provided Dozens of screenshots, dozens of Proof, and only after weeks and months waiting, they say " they rejected my complaint because I didn't provide complete information " but they also never asked me for more information or anything, they just dismissed my complaint. This shows the complete disregard bet&you has over me and many more players. I will be waiting for a Casino Rep nonetheless.

Bet&You has terrible customer support, and I hope the Rep is not the same, as they do not reach out to me through email and only copy and paste the same answers without looking at the emails. If I am not mistaken, Bet&You is part of the same group as 22Bet, they share the same layout, and everything is 99% equal, as i have used 22Bet before and stopped using due to multiple problems, and i do not trust 22Bet. I hope i am wrong, and i will wait for the Rep. Since the customer support has been very poor, as they sent me the same 6 messages, 6 times in a row. 

    PS: I asked what I needed to provide in order for them to take a look at my complaint, and they just don't care and keep giving the same answer, proving they don't read emails about complaints, because they refuse to deal with complaints.

  • Indeed this casino has the worst terms in terms of bonuses but the point is that it is not just them but the entire 1xbet group to which 1xslots, 1xbet and betandyou also belong, they have very misleading and fraudulent promotions, they are not clear in their terms and they will always make sure that you do not lose, the live chat service is terrible, they never give a satisfactory answer and their own games are very fraudulent. There are better options in terms of bonuses, I already experienced it and they kept my winnings.

    I consider myself a fair person, so I will just chip in my 2 cents as someone who is also in a bad position and has been deceived by BetAndYou, but still wants to try and be as unbiased as possible. 
     
    The problem starts when you start increasing your stakes, because each win/loss is more costly for you when you lose and more costly for the casino when you win, and they will try some dirty tactics to avoid paying you and owning up to their mistakes even if you show them the evidence.
     
    Their bonus are actually good, I really like their Thursday Bonus, and besides not receiving the bonus a couple of times, I never really had problems with their bonuses, and I do encourage you to read the ToS of the bonus before playing it. 
     
    The customer support is indeed very bad, I can't ever get a good answer from them, and my problems never are never solved. Their email support is also awful, as they do not care about you or pay any attention as I showed above. My biggest problem, is that, they do not really care about the player, they will provide you with wrong and deceitful information to taje advantage and they will not act in a fair manner and own up to their mistakes. If they can fix that, be more transparent and care about the player I might give them another chance one day. But I can't for now, since they were not fair to me, since they refuse to deal with my complaint and have treated me very poorly.

    I have noticed that the Rep from BetandYou that created this thread is active, almost daily, is he just refusing/ignoring to take a look at the complaint/problem? Hopefully it is not the case, as they say " We have the most committed support team " , but in 3 years, I have nothing good to say about their support team unfortunately. Will be waiting to hear back from them.
