    Casino Rep got back to us and said that you were banned. You received a prior withdrawal but later you were found that you have a duplicate account. 

    Casino Rep sent us the proof of that matter, so we will close this complaint and mark it as Resolved.

    Two days have passed now.

    I don't get any answers regarding my verification or my questions regarding a crypto withdrawal.

    1 question - If I want to withdraw with XRP, I have to specify an XRP TAG, unfortunately I can't add this.
    2 Question - I deposited with XRP, can I also withdraw with other currencies such as USDT, LTC?'
    3 Question - What is USDTE / USDTB / USDTT? This is offered on your withdrawal page.

    In most cases, the payment method used for depositing should be used for withdrawal at a certain casino.

    As the casino has already advised you, you need to send them the documentation from the email address you registered with.

    If this is xxxx.xxxx@gmail.com, please send them from xxxx.xxxx@gmail.com

    During your registration, you have provided them with the email address xxxx.xxxx@gmail.com and that's why they ask now the documentation to be sent from the following email address.

    I'm having trouble understanding the issue. Do you currently have a balance on your account? Have you sent the required documents from the correct email domain? Please note that while both gmail.com and googlemail.com are owned by Google, they are separate domains and are controlled based on the country you reside in. Google might be able to help you in adjusting this on your end. However, due to AML regulations, this is not something we can assist with.
