When the casino checks the player's account for verification, all the data needs to be genuine.
During your registration, you have provided them with the email address xxxx.xxxx@gmail.com and that's why they ask now the documentation to be sent from the following email address.
I sent you and the casino the screenshots..

Please note that while both gmail.com and googlemail.com are owned by Google, they are separate domains and are controlled based on the country you reside in. Google might be able to help you in adjusting this on your end. However, due to AML regulations, this is not something we can assist with.
