  • I was searching for a new online casino to play at and during my usual pre-deposit research, I discovered something troubling. One casino claimed their slots were audited monthly for fairness. However, upon checking their audit history, I couldn't find any evidence of slot audits. When I raised my concern with a casino representative, he insisted that audits were indeed conducted but refused to provide any proof.

This raised a significant red flag for me. Further, I noticed that the casino's gaming license was not displayed on their site, as required. When I asked the representative about their licensing, he claimed they were licensed but wouldn't disclose the issuer.

These issues are deeply concerning, suggesting that the casino may be misleading players about the fairness of their games. Since it is clear that talking to the casino representative won't resolve these problems, I want to bring this unlicensed and uncertified casino to your attention. I would like to forward this information to the appropriate authorities to have this casino blacklisted, warning players before they deposit. I know LCB has the capability to do this, but I am unsure how to submit this information to them.

  • First, I'd like to say thank you doing your due diligence and wanting to share this information with the rest of the online casino community. Please keep everyone informed as to this troubling information concerning this casino.

as you would undoubtedly agree, there needs to be a much wider scope of oversight and enforcement concerning these online casinos and actions such as yours and continued efforts by lcb.org and other sites will help in this endeavor.

thank you again for this information.

  • I agree there needs to be more oversight and accountability within the online gaming industry. Unfortunately there are next to nothing and "bad" casinos are able to take advantage of this fact and they will continue to operate as long as people keep depositing. Its a real shame and what a bad image for the gaming idustry when platforms such as LCB are affiliated with these "bad" casinos.

  • Im asking LCB to reply please. Just want to know how to report bad casinos.

  • Hi SinMore,

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us.

It's always wise to conduct thorough research before making deposits at new casinos, and this is something we also advise our members to do. If a site does not meet your expectations, it may be best to avoid it. LCB has a large database of online casinos (both good and bad), and our main purpose is to keep our members informed and provide comprehensive information about casinos in one place.

To address your question about how to report bad casinos, please feel free to share your personal experiences on our casino review page (members feedback section). This helps other players make informed decisions. If you have a complaint and need our assistance, please let us know.

    All the best!

  • Thats great! So what is the criteria for a casino to get on your blacklist?

  • Do you need our assistance SinMore? Please let us know if you have a complaint for a specific casino. There are a lot of factors to take in consideration before blacklisting any brand.

  • I would love some assistance.. I have overwhelming amount of dirt on a casino. That is why I made the post.

  • Ok, thank you.

Please share the casino name you are referring to and your issue.

  • I outlined the issue in my original post the casino is Liberty slots or Lincoln Casino.  The issues are that they claim slots are audited for fairness which they are not and they are unlicensed. When I inquired with the casino rep Dylan, he lied to me, saying slots are never audited for fairness and that the casino does have a gaming license but he will not disclose the name. That would be a direct violation since in Curacao casinos are required to display that information. I can show the conversation if you want.

  • The fact that they wont give us the name of the gaming license and the false information about their slots being audited for fairness are huge red flags. If they are able to be this deceptive just imagine what they are doing where the public cant see.

  • Here is a quote from your own website "LCB strives to bring awareness and educate players by placing a Warning symbol next to the name of casinos that should be avoided
The most common reasons they have been placed on this list include (but not limited to) declined withdrawal requests for legitimate wins, pirated software, no license to operate and are unregulated by any jurisdiction."

  • Thank you for your suggestion SinMore

  • Youre welcome! haha

That was a very vague response though. My original question is how to report these bad casinos to get blacklisted. Where and who can I report to and also how often is the blacklist updated. Its been a very long time since LCB updated that correct?

  • I think as what fletchdawg said, there is a  need for oversight and enforcement that is lacking in the online gaming community and there needs to be some kind of way to weed out bad casinos. Besides players doing their own research, the blacklist is all we have.

  • LCB has a casino review team perhaps I could contact them so they can verify what Im saying? Im really looking for a better response than "thank you for your suggestion"

  • Can you provide me a way to contact the review team?

  • It seems unlikely I'll get a response after 10 days... Imagine if players had a way to report unlicensed casinos and other violations. Right now, the only option is to leave a review, which doesn’t impact the casino’s operations. There needs to be accountability for real change, but as things stand, this isn't happening.

  • I want to share what a moderator from another casino review site said when I brought up the same issue. Maybe the moderators here at LCB can learn what a proper reply looks like when a player has a problem and is looking for help.

"Yeah, it's as I suspected, almost certainly they are unlicensed. There are various claims that they are licensed in Curaçao but that's BS too because legitimate Curaçao casinos are required to disclose their licensing AND provide a license verification link.

The whole point of a casino being licensed is that they are showing they want to operate legally and are willing to be subject to the regulations of the licensing body. To be licensed but refuse to disclose the license completely negates all that and makes no sense.

FWIW this "licensed but not licensed" nonsense with LibertySlots goes back more than a decade.

The bottom line is that from a player's perspective a casino that is supposedly licensed but refuses to disclose that license is no better than a casino that is completely unlicensed and operating from some redneck's chicken coop out in the boonies somewhere: if you can't appeal to the regulating authority then there effectively is no regulating authority and that means players are SOL if there's a problem."

And there you have it, Liberty Slots has been operating without a license for over a decade. I think its time to blacklist them LCB.  If anyone who has read this post and agrees, please give a "like" to show support.
