Thanks for introducing this new program

Was not sure what the yellow coins logo and dollar amount in the top right corner signified when I first saw them but eventually found my way to the loyalty shop and this topic. I've been a member here for a few years now but tend to post only once in a while, so this is a great incentive to be a more active participant from now on 

Wishing everyone luck and i can not wait to see what goodies my LCB friends get from the shop. I am going to save my points for a while and see if i can get two items i saw i really want  .

If anyone else had issues with their chips please PM so I can manually credit the difference.

Ok guys Ive made all the requested manual adjustments.

I do apologize for this, and can only say that our programmer is trying really hard to locate and fix the issue.

Until then I will be doing a manual re-adjustment per member request on the next day. Please mind it has to pass 24 hours ( from the last adjustment ) so we can calculate the difference and credit back what was missed.

Ok thanks zuga, i just appreciate the fact your on top of this issue, but its new system, so things will be rough at the beginning i am sure it will all be fixed soon

I am not sure if I'm experienceing the same problem as others Zuga but there seems to be an issue with my chips account. At first, my credits were being updated as soon as I earned them; however, as soon as I accummulated $2, my balance seemed to freeze and is no longer increasing after any earning activity. I have made some comments/posts and rated a few casinos but am still far from reaching the daily limit of 20 ratings... Is there is a cap on how many total chips a user can earn in a day, perhaps?

What a wonderful thing for LCB to do for their members.

Yes i noticed this too, when it does work, that is what happened to me now yet again, it was earning fine for a bit, but it stopped again, nothing credited again, it is getting a bit annoying now, and it is also annoying i need to keep annoying Zuga and asking for him to keep crediting our accounts with what is missing.

It is not fair on Zuga that we keep asking him to credit what is missing

Sorry zuga for keep asking, but what other options do we have

I am sure it will get fixed soon though, i hope soo.

Terms and conditions UPDATE

Due to increased amount of comments with a bare minimum of characters we are reducing the chip value from 30 to 20 cents.

New rule is effective immediately and will count only onward and it will NOT be applied retroactively.

@Zuga, i did a few comments on some of the casinos i play on the last few days, was mine part of the reason?, all my comments was i feel all i needed to say about the casinos i play in, just thought i would ask?

No the problem was that we literally received dozens new comments in last 24 hours, some with bare minimum requirement but the bigger issue is the worth of the chip itself which was favoring comments over posts with not much of a difference in terms of characters minimum.

Bottom line is, even though there is not a definite proof that anyone actually abused it, the indication is that it certainly would happen in near future ( even though that might not be the intent ). Hence we had to react in a timely manner before that actually happens and cause any potential problems.

I think this is a good decision 

In fact, I woud also suggest increasing the required number of characters because 60 is quite a small number in my view, being equivalent to the length of a fairly short sentence.

yes we are taking everything into consideration and monitoring all the current actions and adjust as we go.

We will definitely re-evaluate things at the end of the month if not sooner. But so far and for the most part things are looking good  ( aside for the bug thats affecting some accounts ).

            Hey Zuga, I know you've been really busy and I love the shop so far, but I wanted to know how it's going with the expansion of sites in the shop.  Any idea on what other software types we might get?  RTG, RIVAL, etc?

yes definitely bongo, our marketing dept. is working on that. But I can't give you an estimate atm.

For yesterdays ratings i only got 2$ when i should got 3$ because the multiplier. and for todays ratings i only got 1$ instead of 3.. hope this is fixed soon..

Just wanted to say thanks a bunch Zuga for keeping us all updated and crediting members chips. I know it's a lot of work to get something like this going and well, myself, am very grateful for the shop as well as LCB. I think other forums should follow suit with how this one is ran, professionally and always caring about your members.

I believe we located the bug, however it is not fixed as of yet. Still doing testing etc and checking for other possible issues.

AN UPDATE

We believe the bug that was affecting member accounts is now fixed. In the past 24hours we did not notice any discrepancies in chip crediting.

The chips are not being credited only if you breach the 24 hours limit on number of ratings ( which is 20 ).

Reminder to all members

Pay attention to the quality of your posts and comments. And specifically to this rule :

5. If LCB finds that a member is always meeting the bare minimum of requirements, without an effort to actually contribute to our site, but rather to "chip whore/hunt", we reserve the right to deny them items from our shop.

This also refers to doing rating all the time without an actual effort to do any other contribution.

This is a friendly reminder to pay attention to the shop rules and restrictions so we all avoid potential penalties.

The shop is designed to reward our faithful membership and make things more fun. so please take it as an incentive rather than an opportunity to make a quick buck.

Admin Note

This is a general notification and I am not going to address anyone specifically, but rather make it clear one more time regarding LCB Shop Rules.

So please take a moment to read the following :

Taking an advantage over our shop will lead to items purchased being denied.

No chip hunting and abuse is allowed per our shop rules, and this includes poor quality posts, comments and ratings with a MO to only gain more chips and not really contribute to LCB.

In general we are not restrictive when it comes to some comments and posts that are not of the "best" quality. Since we are aware that some of them would refer to chit chat which is fine and we dont see a problem with that. Nor we would remove chips for such contributions.

However when there is a MO to repeat this over and over again then in such cases it is clear that quality is replaced by quantity for the purpose of chip hunting. All this in combination with other actions aimed at earning chips.
And Im afraid we cannot allow that, as it is against our shop policy.

We want to make this shop to be fair to all members and to be a true incentive and reward for your contributions.
At the same time we dont want anyone to take an advantage over us, but also  we do not want to be too restrictive and make it too hard for chips to be earned.

So we really need all members to act in good faith and then it will be a win win for all.

i know i definately have increased the frequency of my posts and i have taken more of an interest in the site lately.  However i do only comment on something that interests me and that i have an opinion on and dont do loads at once.  I'm even finding parts of the site that i never looked at before which has been very informative I would hope the quality of my posts are fine and do try to make points that other forum members would be interested in seeing.  Even with my ratings im not going down the list and rating every casino/ slot etc just the ones that i play on and can rate honestly.
I think you do have to watch for people that will take advantage of it as that wouldnt be fair on everyone else.
Also like to say since i have been commenting more i'm starting to make friends on here and getting to know the other forum members which im really enjoying

I've been away for a little while (health) and when I just logged in and saw the LCB Shop was open I was really surprised.  The gifts y'all have offered in the shop are Outstanding! 

What I really like is the many ways members can earn money to spend the shop.  I think y'all have covered just about every way any member can earn that do-ray-me.  I do think it might give some members an incentive to get off their hinneys and start participating more here at LCB.

But after all, I shouldn't of been too surprised!  Because this is just one more way that proves LCB is the BEST Online site for those of us that love gaming!  Thanks guys, y'all are top shelf!

I've not been able test my theory about chips freezing at the $2 a day mark since I decided to slow down and confine my activity to a few forum posts daily, at least for a while.

@Zuga - Any update or news on when you will be issuing the loyalty chips - i thought seeming the Bug has been fixed i might as well ask
