Music of The World

I enjoy exploring music from around the world and I would be thrilled to hear something new that's specific to your Country/State preferably in your native language. I will start with one of the most popular artists in my country as well as my favorite song/artist and I encourage you to do the same and share your culture with others.

1. One of the most popular artist in my Country is Ceca or commonly known as "The mother of Serbia" , she's been around for a long time and here's one of her more popular songs that anyone living in the Balkans will easily recognize.

2. As far as my favorite artists goes it has to be Era Ojdanic who's a bit of a crazy character and who's music genre is Folk Music

One of my favourites are Punk Band "Die Ärzte" They been around since the 80's . The song "Schrei nach Liebe" from 1993 is still Germany's main Anti Fascism Anthem. There is a music style called " Schlager" . I can't describe it. It's very popular and very annoying. 'Queen of Schlager ' is Helene Fischer.  Be careful, it might cause eardrum bleeding

I actually enjoyed Helene Fischer, I guess to a foreigner it might be interesting to hear this type of music because it seems authentic.
There's something about metal music and punk music working so well with the German language making it enjoyable even if you're not a fan of the genre.

As someone who is not familiar with the gernam language and Schlager Music you can't know this but Schlager Music is the complete opposite from being authentic. The video is from the annual  " Helene Fischer Christmas Show" and she  sort of performs the Song that made her famous.. She doesn't sing live, and her sync is so far off, she isn't even try to make look authentic. It always like this one all her shows. The show is about 3 hours long and  ahe gets a lot of money for it  . It's on National public TV every Christmas.Sje gets paid with my tax money For 3 hours fake show. 

It's not only her, most Schlager Stars ' perform ' like this. .
