my favorite smartphone is huawei 9 Pro - The 9 Pro is now my favorite go-to phone to use, and since it was technically released in 2016.The phone is insanely fast. Huawei's own Kirin 960 chip is in my opinion the fastest Android chip on the market, better than Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 or 821 (and the benchmarks back this up) or Samsung's Exynos 8890.

I'm a galaxy lover! I've been hooked since I was introduced to the S3 years ago! No other android device compares to it! As Samsung continues to revolutionize its galaxy line, I get more and more hooked! Im not an iPhone can but I can understand iPhone lover's and why they are hooked to Apple products. Had price not been an issue, I may have been an iPhone lover too.

Can you please tell me which phone is this, the brand?
I LOVE it!
Huge fan of flip cell phones, absolutely despise touchscreens and the constant accidental pressing of all the wrong buttons.

I own Galaxy S8+ at the moment and I'm fine with it, its a well build phone. Actually the only thing I do not like on it is the operating system, Android has always been a total crap for me and now that I have it on a phone again, I see it didn't changed one bit over time and in fact has gone progressively worse. The amount of notification I'm getting all of the time is staggering and I could never imagine a piece of hardware could go on my nerves this much. Basically, I have to sit down and spend like several hours setting various parameters properly to make a device enjoyable to use. Suffice to say, I'm not gonna give it several hours of my life.
Oh, and there are apps. Few nights ago I entered the Clock app to set the alarm to wake up for work in the morning. An update started... 17Mb!!! Jesus Christ.... so much data to update a basic looking alarm application. Why in the world would I need an update for it in the place...
Phone I had prior to this one is Nokia Lumia 1020. I still have it somewhere in the closet, along with other old elcectronics. I liked that phone a lot. Microsoft OS was really solid, I miss it, and 42 Mpixel camera with manual control made excuisite photos, the likes of which no other phone is capable making even today.

As an owner of Samsung galaxy S8+ as I said above, I was very much interested to see the new S9+ that I saw on many of the billboards across downtown.
Needless to say, what I see is a reflection of the very sad reality we live in when it comes to tech inovation:
It may sound extremely unpopular, but I have to say this: miniaturization is not a technical inovation. Doing one transistor in 15nm instead of 22nm, so that you can pack more transistors into the same package does not really count as tech revolution. And last several decades all that has been done is lowering the manufacturing process of silicon chips.

I have had more than a dozen android phones in the last decade and I noticed Linux or Windows android phones were more fragile than I thought. Those phones worn out very quickly and could easily be attacked by viruses/spam because the security is easy to break. I switched to iPhones since 2 year now and I must admit I was not an Apple fan but I've changed my mind. Apple is safer than Linux and Windows combined.

An apt smartphone should help you in day-to-day life, should help you achieve your goals with the least effort whatsoever. Also, your smartphone should be able to have a long enough battery life to last you an entire day at least, although expecting an entire day worth of usage on a modern phone is difficult.
Keeping these factors in mind, I would like to explain to you about my smartphone, a Samsung Galaxy S4.

I'm using a lot of open source apps and because of this I like my smartphone as pure Android as possible. Sony Xperia or Nokia have minum of an own UI and zero bloatware. I basically just have to deactivate all the Google apps and replace them with open source apps without having to root the device.

My first iPhone was the iPhone 4 And I've been hooked ever cents. Everyone always says the android is better but you have to remember when comparing android phones to an iPhone the iPhone is just one brand of phone and then basically every other android phone is an exponential other number of companies and models that are all being condense together to compare to one singles company's phone. I think iPhone is the standard and it will rain King for a long time! I know I have the iPhone 11 max pro and I am still blown away with the video quality in photo capturing quality on this iPhone

I read your comment and I said why wouldn't anyone love a Samsung galaxy? I hate Apple iphones as they are so overrated! They charge for most of the apps I use which are free on the Google store. You should try the Samsung Galaxy ss. It is a great addition to Samsung android phones.
