    Dendera is not a reputable casino. If you do your research you will find multiple issues over the past several years. Issues range from (consistent) rudeness and uncooperativeness of support to more critically failure to pay winnings, banning without cause, internal reversals of pending withdrawals and more. Personally, They owe me approximately $1600.00 on a withdrawal. After reversing my pending withdrawal twice, they banned me as being rude for questioning their reasons for it. THey were kind enough to reverse $25 of over $800 in deposits however . . please do your research and use reputable casinos
