unfortunatly I can no longer say they honor their promos

I especally like the part where they say that their promo department does not disclose the terms and conditions of their offers and they are known only to them and refused to look at their own page with them listed

They are totally headed down the rogue path.  I have made close to $30K in deposits there since August...  Twice in the past two weeks, their CC processor has taken my deposit, debited my acct, and failed to move chips into the players account...  The CSR's say, "Send a bank statement"  I do, prove that they charged me, and then they say, ''E-cash is out til Monday, they will get back to you then"  I add, "I am a $50k a year depositor, with NO w/d's this year so far, ur not gonna just fix this situation?"  

And their reply which should speak volumes to their "EFF U CLIENTS" attitude?  "This is our protocol, Mr. Smot, sorry!"

Well any casino that has a policy this rigid when dealing with a $20 deposit from a GOLD VIP client is so freaking daft that I hope MG revokes their license based solely on their stupidity...

Moreover, Villento and RReels are in violation of MG's rules as per new US signups, ie they are still taking them...  Just go to their page and click dload... If ur ip comes up as from the States, about 50 percent of the time it wll take u to a new player USA registration page...  

SO to summarize so far: Whats wrong with Villento Brands Casinos?  They have no loyalty to clients, they constantly clip and paste nonsense and circular logic when asked about TOS or bonus policy and they are in contractual breach with their software provider... Are there any more blunders that could be product of this house of morons?

If I were to opine, YES! The are liars!  They have the audacity to claim that the Level 11 product (The US facing software download) is a eCogra certed and sealed platform...  It took 24 hours for me to get a reply from eCogra; 'No Level 11 product is audited and tested by ecogra..."

I actually think the software is fair.  Tighter than an F-350 in a  cute lil prius/vespa space, but fair none-the-less...  So what would their motivation be in lying to the public about audits and sealing when the info is public record???  "Hmmmm, none really, they are just too wacked out to realize that."  They are just brain-dead fools! Period. And their policy illustrates that.  That's my answer.  And I guess I fall in that category as well; bc it took 6 months and $25k for me to see it how slippery and serpentine these snakes really are...

this is a great thread on villentoes and rich reels i havent formed an opinion one way or the other but i do see such differences of opinions on this subject. I guess for now i will wait and see 8'|

@ pokersmot>  I share your opinion on RichReels.  If they arent jumping through hoops for you, especially at your level of gameplay, you should think about playing elsewhere.  I was treated the same way after I deposited a small fortune with no cashout.  Now I play at Allslots where they are great at comping bonuses especially when you win!  I make a deposit once in a great while to RichReels for the sole purpose of trying to make a big hit and RUN!  !  But other than that, they're at the top of my ____ list.  Ill get  em one of these days. lol

  I'm glad I decided to read a second e-mail from Rich Reels today. Between today and tomorrow I had 40 free spins on Loaded(25 cents each)  I was so surprised and happy.
