Reviewing Deposit/Cash-Out process at CryptoReels

Dear LCB'ers,  

this time we tested CryptoReels, a casino we have on our blacklist ( for affiliate issues related to the CWC group ). Regardless of their bad reputation in the igaming industry we wanted to give them a fair shot and see how they treat players these days.

Test results:

• Our tester ( ROUNDER ) registered and deposited $200.95 worth of BTC on March 6, which was processed in 14 minutes
• Having played several slots, tester requested a $50.19 worth of BTC withdrawal on March 6
• After a short phone call to confirm mobile phone number, he completed the KYC and verified his account, which took 3 days
• The withdrawal request was then approved and he received 0.00089384 BTC - 49.65 USD on March 10

We all deserve a 2nd chance and it's great to see they pay players but I would still be cautious having in mind the brand's shady history..  just my 2 cents

Thank you for the review. It's a good idea to give a casino with a bad reputation a fair chance. Three days for KYC is quite long, but it's okay.

Well, to be fair, they weren't blacklisted for issues pertaining to their deposit/withdrawal process. Apparently they were blacklisted b/c of issues with their affiliate programs. I personally dont think a site should get blacklisted for their affiliate programs b/c it makes up a very small percentage of the sites player traffic, in most cases anyway. So im glad they were given the chance to redeem themselves and clear their name off the blacklist. Thanks! 

In my opinion, if it's a very small percentage, it's a serious issue. If you're dishonest about small things, it's likely that you'll also be dishonest about big things.

I see where you are coming from but alas I agree with SlotMachine. I want to know how this company does their business, and in this case how they treat affiliates can be an indication of something rottend in the state od Denmark. Props to LCB for doing this test and being transparent about it. I am glad that they pay players with no hassle, but Im keeping my money eslewhere.

I don't have problems giving people second chances. But that's people . Before I join a casino, i check the company behind  . When they got a bad reputation I do not sign up to the Casino.. The casino itself might be okay,, but playing with them  I support their evil boss as well. 

How many casinos would give me a second chance if asked?   "Your payment has been refused of violation to our bonus ....blah, blah,....." 

"Oh sorry , I just signed up today and I didn't read the all the rules. I didn't know there was more small print after the small print and it's my first time here, so please, please with sugar on the top, give me a second chance, we all make mistakes. 

What will be my chances getting my money back? F.....all will be my chances

doesn'ta few days too withdrawl seems a bit long for crypto? I wouldn't deposit there just for that one reason alone!

I suspect it is because of verification, otherwise crypto payments s/b almost instant .

I have had my own doubts and expected the outcome to be less positive honestly but still wont be making more than the 2, possibly 3 deposits i previously had in BTC as it never worked out the value in most games accurately where my $20 deposit played out like it was only $2.

I have played here.but I had an uneasy feeling about it.  What I mean is there is just some things about this site that I don't trust and I honestly never thought for a second that I would have a hard time cashing out if I won.  So it is good to know that they will.  However, that was after a loss I am anxious to see what they would do if you were on the other side of that.
