    I have been palying at Platinum Play and Jackpot City for a while now. I use etransfer through Gigadat to deposit and withdraw. That withdrawal method has disappeared as an option at Jackpot City, though thet continue to accept funds that way. Chat advises thee is an issue but no explanation, no "we are working on it" , nothing but use another wd method, which does not work for me as there is none other. 

    what I cannot figure out it why Platimun Play, the sister casino the options is there for both.

    What is going on??

    sitting with $3500 to withdraw, other than waiting an extremely long time and hassle with other options.

    I am having the same problem.
    I did live chat and got run around after run around . Was advised to use my Visa, I had to register it by depositing more money into my casino account only to be told afterwards by another representative that my cards processor would not allow them to pay me on my card..... makes zero sence . I told the guy my mother was able to add her same bank and card to her account and was able to withdrawl then I was threatened they would cancel my account of she added her card to my account so I would be able to withdrawl my winnings. There is something going on here very fishy.
