It's what the market want. There is not even an option to opt in to emails/sms. So retention is a bit tricky ;)

Just as Trustly would be able to provide any Casino information in a case of a dispute, we do not get any other information from them.Trustly does not share their data with us. You won't even see your name showing when playing at Ninja. You will only see your remaining balance. We get the same amount of data as any other Casino that's using Trustly. We do not send our players any SMS or emails since they never left either their phone number or email when playing with us. The only way to promote our offers/promotions currently is by TV adds and radio in Sweden/Finland, as well as on the NinjaCasino site. For now, the app "BankID" only works in Sweden/Finland, we are currently looking to expand our market, just like everyone else. We just got it confirmed a few weeks ago that we now have the license in Estonia. Please let me know if there was something still left unclear and I'll happily answer your questions. Bit mixed feelings about this..i googled Pay'n Play, which is actually the same company we know better as Trustly...The registration process is only left out, when you use their payment method -meaning Trustly will provide the operator with your data, which would be name, address, country/city, P.O. box etc. But i hope...
